SCHOOL UNIFORM AND GROOMING GUIDELINES

PRESCRIBED SCHOOL UNIFORM
Monday to Thursday

UNIFORM FOR MEN:

• Beige-colored polo shirt with Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias embroidered on the upper-left chest
• Plain white undershirt, properly tucked in
• Black pants
• Black close-toed school shoes

UNIFORM FOR WOMEN:

• Beige-colored blouse with Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias embroidered on the upper-left chest
• Bottle-green skirt or pants (note: skirt must be no more than 1-inch above the knee)
• Black close-toed school shoes

UNIFORM AVAILABILITY

All prescribed school uniforms may be purchased at the CSAV I.S. Canteen

CIVILIAN-ATTIRE DAYS
Friday to Saturday

• Students are encouraged to wear their approved program shirts or may wear civilian attire that is decent, appropriate, and consistent with good grooming standards.
• Restricted attire includes: sleeveless or halter tops, see-through clothing, muscle/gym shirts, plunging necklines, tattered jeans, mini shorts/skirts, sandals, and slippers.

FIRST-YEAR AND TRANSFEREE STUDENTS

To provide our new students sufficient time to complete their prescribed uniform, first-year and transferee students may wear a plain white shirt, black pants, and appropriate school shoes until September 11, 2026.

GROOMING STANDARDS

• Female Students: Hair should be maintained in its natural color or black. Only one (1) pair of earrings are allowed.
• Male Students: Hair should be neat, appropriate, and well-groomed. Strictly no earrings allowed.
• All students are encouraged to observe proper hygiene and maintain a neat and presentable appearance.

SCHOOL ID

All students must wear their prescribed School ID and lanyard while on campus

We count on your cooperation! Instances of non-compliance will be addressed through disciplinary action.

Please refer to the link below to see the updated list of college students with newly created CSAV email accounts. If your name is not in the list, please be patient as your account is still being processed by the Registrar and Google Admin. The spreadsheet will be updated as soon as new accounts are added, so check back every once in a while.

If your name is listed in the document below, you can already log in to Gmail where your new email will follow the format:

c..edu.ph

Ex. Juan dela Cruz with ID No. 2026-1234 would have the email address: [email protected]

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your ID number starts with a T, it is still a temporary ID number, so you will need to go back to the Registrar's Office to get your final ID number.

Here's another guide to help you log on to your browser in case you cannot open the links to our google documents.
Logging on to your CSAV account on your browser:
We recommend logging on using the Chrome browser but this should work with most browsers on your phone.
Open the google homepage and you should see a thumbnail in the upper right showing the currently active account. Click that thumbnail to show an account selection menu.
You will be able to add your CSAV account using your login info.
Setting your CSAV email as the active account will allow you to access the links restricted to the CSAV organization.

It's that time of year again! Welcome to all the new students of CSAV! Here's a quick guide on how to log in to your CSAV account!

For newly enrolled students of CSAV for School Year 2025-2026, please take note that your CSAV email accounts will follow a format using your ID numbers and family names.

• College students' emails will be prefixed with the letter "c"
• There is a period between your ID number and family name
• Dashes in family names and ID numbers will be removed
• Capitalization and spaces are also removed
• Special character "ñ" should be converted to regular "n"

Examples:
College student Juan de la Peña with ID number 2026-0001 would have the following email address:
[email protected]

The default password given during registration is "csavcsav".

Please set your recovery email and recovery phone number so you can reset your password yourself.

Remaining accounts are still being processed, so please be patient if your account is still not active. Please help share this info with your fellow new students.
