As the school year comes to a close, we take this moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the amazing individuals who have supported our cause.

With your help, we have achieved our goals of improving the school library’s collection of books to foster a love for reading in students and celebrating student achievements and community empowerment through our culminating activity.

🏗️BEHIND THE SCENES: Keeping Our Library Organized📚✨

We are excited to share initial enhancements to improve the organization and efficiency of VNES library. This includes the following:

✅Borrower's Cards
✅Book Pockets
✅Library Logbook
✅Call Number System for Books Spines

These upgrades will ensure a smoother borrowing experience for VNES pupils with the support of our Reading Coordinator, Ma'am Elsa Felicano.

Special thanks to our SDO Librarian, Ma'am Criselda Jomalesa, for supporting our goals to keep our library more accessible and organized.

PAGTUKUD. PAGPAPATIBAY. PAGPAPADAYON.
Madamo gid nga salamat sa tanan nga Reading Buddy and Gabay volunteers, kag among parent-student participants. Your dedication, hardwork, and support made this journey truly special. It was amazing to see the impact we made together, and we at Project TUKUD are thankful for each and every one of you who played a part in making it a reality. Kabay pa nga magpadayon kita sa pagtukud para sa atong mga kabataan kag ginikanan sa VNES.

We’d also like to thank our ever-supportive education champions in Victorias City who joined us in our celebration, Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Portia Mallorca, Education Program Specialists Sir King Giovanny Wray Estraño and Ma’am Thelma Ortencio, and Councilor Derek Palanca, SP Committee Chair on Education, representing the local government under the leadership of Mayor Javi Benitez.

The successful implementation of the program was made possible through the generosity of Wells Fargo, Office of Cong. Kiko Benitez and individuals who supported our cause. We would not have done this without the support of our Principal, Ma’am Bennelie D. Juele, our teachers, and VNES community.

Madamo gid nga salamat, Wells Fargo 💖

Thank you for being an integral part of Project Tukud's mission to promote literacy in our school community. Your generosity helped capacitate volunteer pupils and parents and empowered them to run a Reading Program to develop English reading skills among developing readers in the school. Your support also provided for updated reference books and a collection of new storybooks in our school library.

Wells Fargo has definitely left a positive impact on the lives of our learners and their families. With your help, WE’LL GO FAR in developing foundational skills and instilling a love for reading in our community.

LEG 2. PAGPAPATIBAY

Mas pinatibay ng pangalawa at pangatlong Gabay Kumustahan na ginanap noong ika-24 ng Abril at ika-3 ng Mayo ang nasimulang komunidad ng mga Gabay. Ibinahagi ng mga Gabay ang kanilang mga ginagawa upang makamit ang kanilang pangarap para sa kanilang ginagabayang mag-aaral.

Hindi rin nagpatinag sa init ng panahon ang mga Reading Buddies ng Project TUKUD sa kanilang pagkumpleto sa humigit-kumulang labing-pitong English Reading Enrichment sessions na nagtapos noong ika-3 ng Mayo. Salamat sa pananghaliang handog ng proyekto, busog at masigla sa pag-eensayo sa pagbabasa ang ating mga Reading Buddies.
