Victorias Elementary School proudly celebrates another shining moment as our talented learners Drake Windrey Legada Tan and Zian Roy Guasis clinched 2nd Place in the Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) Technofusion Contest ( Dish Gardening and Extension Cord with Switch Assembly) under the expert guidance of their coach, Ma’am Mitchelle Taganile.
