In 1948 the Pacol Primary School was established through the combined efforts of the concerned citizens of the Barangay in a 9000 sq. metres area of a land surrounded by sugarcane plantation owned by the Montilla family, situated at Brgy. As years passed, increase of enrolment transformed Pacol Primary School to Pacol Elementary School. Thus, providing a complete basic elementary education to its
clientele and produced its first batch of graduates on April 13, 1973. Presently the school is lead and managed by 14 dedicated educators aiming for quality and excellent education in order to produced globally competitive graduates. An expert in ICT who trains pupils to become computer literate and one hardworking utility who does not only secure the safety of the children and school properties but also does the hands on work in terms of gardening. Because of the cooperation between the teachers, stakeholders, parents, pupils and community Pacol Elementary School is well known for its achievements. Regardless of its limitations in size and number of pupils. It has remained true to its motto “ All for one, One for all”.
