Announcement: Rescheduling of Incoming Grade 7 Enrollment for S.Y 2026-2027

Please be informed that the scheduled "Incoming Grade 7" enrollment originally set for May 7, 2026, has been moved to May 11, 2026 (Monday).

All students and parents/guardians are advised to take note of the new schedule and plan accordingly.

Additionally, all incoming Grade 7 students will undergo a Reading and Numeracy Assessment on the same day. Please bring a ballpen.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | REGULAR PHILIPPINE EDUCATIONAL PLACEMENT TEST (PEPT) APPLICATION

The PEPT is intended for learners who experienced an interruption in schooling and need proper grade level placement based on their demonstrated competencies.

📝 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
✔ Applicants must be at least two (2) years older than their last completed grade level
✔ Results of the PEPT shall be effective for the NEXT SCHOOL YEAR
✔ PEPT is administered up to Grade 10 only

📅 Submission of requirements is until FEBRUARY 5, 2026 at the Guidance Office

📄 REQUIREMENTS:
• Duly accomplished Regular PEPT Application Form
• SF10 (Form 137) (Certified True Copy with Dry Seal signed by the School Principal/Registrar/Administrator)
• Original and photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• 1×1 picture with name tag (white background)
