Matagumpay na nailunsad ng DepEd, sa pangunguna ni Sec. Sonny Angara, ang YAKAP at Kalinga Caravan, at ang Audit of DepEd’s Nationwide Mental Health Hotline and Learner Support Centers sa Valenzuela City.
Sa pamamagitan ng mga programang ito, pinatitibay ng DepEd ang pangangalaga sa kapakanan, kalusugan, at mental well-being ng bawat learner upang matiyak na walang batang maiiwan at may masasandalan sa bawat hamon.

Bumisita si Education Secretary Sonny Angara sa Learners Support Center ng General Tiburcio de Leon National High School bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapatibay ng Department of Education sa pagbibigay ng ligtas, maalaga, at suportibong espasyo para sa mga mag-aaral.
Layunin ng pasilidad na magbigay ng psychosocial support at iba pang serbisyong tutugon sa kapakanan, kaligtasan, at pangangailangan ng mga learner.
Kasabay rin nito ang pormal na paglulunsad ng mas pinaigting na Learners’ Helpline ng Department of Education katuwang ang PLDT at National Center for Mental Health upang mas mapalawak ang access ng mga mag-aaral sa agarang tulong, gabay, at psychosocial support mula sa mga mental health professionals at experts.
Patuloy ang sama-samang pagkilos para sa mental health at kabuuang kapakanan ng bawat batang Valenzuelano.

SDO VALENZUELA CITY ACTIVELY ENGAGES IN THE LEARNING SYSTEMS REFORM POLICIES ORIENTATION FOR TEACHERS.
The Department of Education Central Office conducts Orientation on Learning Systems Reform Policies today, May 7, 2026. The activity gathers Division Officials, personnel, School Heads, and Teachers including some private school institutions to strengthen their understanding of current educational reforms, classroom preparation, and policy implementation in support of quality learning delivery. It also enhances collaboration and coordination among education leaders and teaching personnel in promoting quality education. Participants attentively listen to the discussions and engage in the sessions presented through the livestream orientation.
The program flow guides the participants through synchronous and self-facilitated activities designed to deepen their knowledge and enhance their teaching practices. During the sessions, the facilitators discuss the overview of reforms, checking for understanding, and the impact of policy reforms on teaching and learning. Participants also accomplish self-paced activities, review printed handouts, and prepare lesson redesign outputs aligned with the policy guidelines.
Throughout the activity, the participants demonstrate cooperation, active engagement, and commitment to professional growth. They take notes, join online interactive activities, and share insights during the reflection and question-and-answer portions of the program. The orientation strengthens the readiness of teachers for the opening of classes and promotes continuous improvement in delivering quality education to learners.
The Schools Division Office Top Management along with other personnel monitored the Central Office orientation by attending and joining the schools while the event happened. SDS Bagano was at Marulas Central School, ASDS Cabrera at Caruhatan National High School and CID Chief Caballero was at Justice Eleazar Delos Santos National High School while SDO personnel monitored other schools.
