And we are back!!!
In the strictest sense, there are two meanings of the word Arnis: one is "armor" and "hand".
Arnis is first taught using sticks, to knives and leads to having no weapons at all...
These weapons are just tools to train your hands for self-defense.
If a person says it's just holding a stick, he's just learning the basics...
Nothing more.
we are currently coordinating with your respective school to promote another Arnis curriculum deemed for 18 sessions.
