When the government of China ordered to cancel classes/work and advised the people to stay in their respective homes, all the citizens followed, same with SG, HK and Macau. Meanwhile, in the Philippines PRRD and the mayors orderred cancellation of class/work, ang mga tao nasa mall dahil walang class, ang iba nag-outing and ang mga bars full-packed. It’s not the government at all, I think it’s the people with lack of discipline and cooperation. 😒

And then blame the government?
