PLV College of Education The College is headed by its Dean, Dr. Yolanda G. Gadon together with the Area Coordinators: Mr. Ernesto D. Ylasco (BEED), Mr. Christian Amiel E. Jannet L. Arnel L.

The College of Education is committed in developing well-rounded, effective and values-oriented teachers that will help educate the youth of Valenzuela and can become globally competitive educational managers. The COE offers various programs: Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in Preschool Education, Bachelor of Secondary Educations Majors in English, Filipino, Mathematics and Science and Cert

This May 23, 2026, the PLV In-House LET Review Program will have its first day of Final Coaching to be facilitated by Ms. Johanna Aubrey F. Castandillo.

She placed Top 9 in the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers and made history as the first enrollee of the PLV In-House LET Review Program to become a LET topnotcher. She also became one of the proud additions to the growing list of topnotchers produced by the PLV College of Education.

Who knows? The next topnotcher might be sitting in the lecture hall this Saturday. See you!

As part of the COED Week celebration last May 14, 2026, the ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜-๐—›๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—–๐—ผ๐—น๐—น๐—ผ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐˜‚๐—บ gathered passionate student-researchers in a meaningful exchange of ideas, discoveries, and academic insights. The event highlighted the importance of research in fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and growth among future educators.
