Last 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 1st-year students had the inspiring opportunity to develop leadership skills during the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫. The event began with an engaging opening remarks by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐌. 𝐎𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐨, 𝐑𝐏𝐡, 𝐌𝐬𝐜, who encouraged students to embrace growth and develop confidence as future leaders.

We are grateful to have 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚, 𝐑𝐏𝐡, an experienced Hospital Chief Pharmacist, as our guest speaker. She highlighted 𝒌𝒆𝒚 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔, communication strategies, and ways to cultivate a mindset of collaboration and proactive problem-solving.

On 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, our senior students had the exciting opportunity to enhance their career skills during the 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓. The focus of the seminar was simple yet essential: 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡 𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙩.

We were honored to have 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐨, 𝐑𝐏𝐡𝐌, and HR Generalist at OLFU, as our guest speaker. She shared valuable insights from the professional world, guiding students on presenting themselves confidently. The seminar covered 𝒌𝒆𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒆𝒔 for before, during, and after interviews, as well as the practical tips and difference for writing an effective resume and curriculum vitae.
