Please be reminded to bring your NOTICE OF RESULT (NOR) and VALID ID. Refer to your NOR for the list of documents to be submitted. Only applicants with complete requirements will be issued a PERMIT TO ENROLL.

PERSONAL APPEARANCE is REQUIRED.
