According to PAGASA, Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) still continues to affect Luzon and Visayas with heavy rainfall. It is also stated that the forecast rainfall may be higher in mountainous and elevated areas.
Moreover, an another low pressure area is being monitored by PAGASA outside the PAR, It is also stated that it has a โMEDIUMโ chance of the LPA to develope into a tropical depression in the next 24 hours.
