𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 🥼🩺

A retrospective look into the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 of the 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, held last March 22, 2026, at the RISE Tower Assembly Hall.

The donning of the white coat and the receiving of the institutional pin signify more than an academic milestone; they represent the official acceptance of the profound responsibilities inherent to the healthcare profession.

This event serves as a testament to the thorough training of the Respiratory Therapy students and the shared commitment of the faculty and administration to molding competent healthcare practitioners. It highlights the beginning of their journey into the vital field of 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲.

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗵: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 🎓✨

“𝘐 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘮."

What began as a journey fueled by simple curiosity toward an "unfamiliar" college program led Cyrille Rose C. Sumadia to a path of significant sacrifice. Behind her success was a season of intense "mental and emotional turmoil," where she often felt the exhaustion of constant self-doubt and the pressure of comparing her progress to her peers.

Driven by the philosophy that 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹, Cyrille sacrificed leisure and leaned on a collaborative circle of friends. Her radical faith resulted in a massive victory, securing the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟵 spot in the Licensure Examination for Respiratory Therapists (LERT) with a stellar rating of 𝟵𝟬.𝟱𝟬%.

Having once felt the sting of navigating her studies without guidance, Cyrille has now vowed to pay it forward. Today, being a Licensed Respiratory Therapist is more than just a title for her; it is a mission to ensure no future student feels alone and a testament to her readiness to be "entrusted with people’s lives."

Congratulations, 𝗖𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖. 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝗥𝗧𝗥𝗣! Your OLFU and Respiratory Therapy Department family is incredibly proud of your heart and your triumph. 💚

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆 🩺✨

"𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘙𝘛 𝘪𝘴."

What started as a last-minute decision for Ann Justine Mea A. Lauro eventually turned into a clear, unwavering purpose. Instead of sticking to a strict study schedule, she focused on truly mastering the basics, breaking down concepts, and relying on a support system that never doubted her—even when she doubted herself.

During the February 2026 Licensure Exam, the pressure was immense. Facing difficult questions, 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀. But her dedication yielded a much bigger result: Ann didn't just earn her license; she placed 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 with a stellar 𝟵𝟬.𝟮𝟱% 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Now, she stands ready to serve, proving that even the most uncertain paths can lead to the top.

Congratulations, 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗮 𝗔. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗼, 𝗥𝗧𝗥𝗣! Your OLFU and Respiratory Therapy Department family is incredibly proud. 💚

The election conducted in coordination with the Philippine Society for Respiratory Therapy Educators (PSRTE) has officially concluded last March 27, 2026 for the National Student Organization.

With this, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the students who proudly represented Respiratory Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU):
