Earlier today, our very own Secretary General joined TV5's "Good Morning Kapatid" to discuss the importance being "Disaster Wais" and the essentials you need to put in a "Go Bag" - a bag of all necessities which you can quickly grab and go with during emergencies.

In the face of disasters, preparation is key and a well-equipped Go Bag can make all the difference. Tune in to learn essential tips on what to pack and how to stay prepared for any situation.

Today is National CPR Day, !

We can save lives by knowing CPR, and this year’s celebration aims to further highlight this with the theme "A CPR Ready Philippines: Where Knowledge and Skills Save Lives".

Together with the BERT and CTP students, the Red Cross Youth of Bagbaguin National High School took part in the one-day training program called "YOUTH VOLUNTEER FORMATION COURSE." 👏👏🤗
The students also enjoyed in the TEAM BUILDING, where they engaged in various activities and had a great time at every station.
Our students showed their resilience, willingness, and camaraderie during those exercises, and they truly did well. They succeeded in incorporating the following line from the Red Cross Hymn: Always First, Always Ready, Always There..
Finally, and most importantly, I want to thank our principal Ma'am Patricia Sy De Vera for allowing the Red Cross "Youth Leadership Volunteer Formation Course" to be held on our school's premises. We really appreciate your support and willingness to give our students the chance to grow as people and contribute to their communities. We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for our youth to step into leadership roles and make a meaningful difference in our community! As part of our ongoing commitment to empowering our students and fostering a culture of service, we are partnering with the Red Cross to offer a Youth Leadership Volunteer Formation Course.

This comprehensive training program is designed to equip young leaders like yourselves with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to serve as effective volunteers within the Red Cross organization. Through engaging workshops, interactive sessions, and hands-on activities, participants will learn essential leadership principles, disaster preparedness, first aid techniques, and community outreach strategies.
