Our President, Mr. Ar Jay Buenaventura, and Vice President, Mr. Joshua Velez, along with Engr. Florino T. Oiga and Dr. Lida Bergantinos, attended the event on September 22, 2023, at the Legislative Hall of Valenzuela City. They represented the Mathematics and Science Student Association for the Ceremonial Signing of Memorandum of Agreement on the Academic Partnership between DOTr-Philippines Railways Institute and Valenzuela City Technological College, as well as the Unveiling of the Metro Manila Subway and North-South Commuter Railway Exhibit.

On June 1, 2023, the Mathematics & Science Student Association held its inaugural general assembly for the academic year 2023–2024 at the Audio-Visual Room.

In light of the graduating class stepping down from their positions, a formal ceremony was conducted to facilitate the transfer of responsibilities. Additionally, departing officers, as well as the dedicated coordinator and advisers, were presented with certificates to acknowledge their contributions.

During the assembly, a concise overview of upcoming events was provided, which included the election of new officers and an icebreaker activity. Dr. Maricel Mauricio, the esteemed college dean of Valenzuela City Polytechnic College, graced the occasion and delivered an address to the newly inducted MASSA members, sharing her insightful thoughts and an inspirational message.
