Silvestre Lazaro Elementary School successfully conducts the Division Learning System Reform Policies Orientation today, May 7, 2026, for NCR teachers. This activity aims to deepen teachers’ understanding of the latest education reforms, strengthen instructional practices, and ensure the effective and consistent implementation of updated learning systems across schools nationwide.

Through this orientation, teachers are equipped with relevant knowledge, strategies, and policy updates that will help enhance teaching quality and promote learner-centered education. The initiative reflects the Department of Education’s continuous commitment to professional development and to building a more responsive, inclusive, and future-ready basic education system.

Silvestre Lazaro Elementary School proudly celebrated the inauguration of its new school building, a milestone that marks growth and brighter learning opportunities for our learners.

The program was led by Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, with the presence of Mayor Wes Gatchalian, Brgy. Chairperson Maricel Pineda-Emperador, City and Barangay Council members, Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Noel D. Bagano, and the School Principal, Mr. Roberto A. Llanita.

We sincerely thank our guests, partners, and the community for their continuous support in making this vision a reality.

This new facility is not just a building. It is a space where dreams, knowledge, and futures are built. 🏫

Dalhin ninyo saan man kayo makarating ang mga aral, pagpapahalaga, at alaala na hinubog sa Silvestre Lazaro Elementary School. Higit sa talino, nawa’y manatili sa inyo ang kabutihan ng puso, paggalang sa kapwa, at paniniwala sa sariling kakayahan.

Silvestre Lazaro Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude to the City Government of Valenzuela for the Educational Assistance granted in accordance with City Ordinance No. 551, s. 2019 and Ordinance No. 1110, s. 2023.

The beneficiaries of this initiative are the school’s graduating Grade 6 learners, who received their assistance today, March 21, 2026. The distribution was led by our dedicated city officials, whose continued support empowers our learners to pursue their educational goals.
