📣 CLASS AND GOVERNMENT WORK SUSPENSION ADVISORY

Per the Memorandum Circular No. 102 of the Office of the President, CLASSES in ALL LEVELS (public and private) in Valenzuela City are SUSPENDED tomorrow, September 26, 2025, due to Severe Tropical Storm .

Work in City Government offices is likewise SUSPENDED tomorrow. Emergency and disaster response offices operations, however, remain ongoing.

Work suspension for private companies, on the other hand, will be at the discretion of their respective management.

As of 5:00 AM today, September 25, 2025 Metro Manila, including Valenzuela City, is now under Signal No. 1 due to Severe Tropical Storm Opong.

As a preemptive measure for its possible effects, IN-PERSON CLASSES in ALL LEVELS (public and private) are SUSPENDED.

However, ONLINE CLASSES for the College level will shift to alternative modes, in accordance with the Automatic Class Suspension Ordinance of Valenzuela City (Ordinance No. 1175, S. 2024).

As of 5:00 PM today, Metro Manila, including Valenzuela City, is under ORANGE Rainfall Warning due to the Low Pressure Area (LPA)/Typhoon Nando.

In line with the Automatic Class Suspension Ordinance of Valenzuela City (Ordinance No. 1175, S. 2024), ALL IN-PERSON CLASSES (public and private, all levels) are SUSPENDED tomorrow, September 23, 2025.

However, classes will continue online via MS Teams. Students are advised to check their accounts for instructions and tasks from their teachers.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 97 issued by the Office of the President, Classes in all levels in Valenzuela City are hereby suspended tomorrow, September 22, 2025.

Nevertheless, classes shall continue asynchronously via Microsoft Teams. Students are enjoined to regularly check their MS Teams accounts for official announcements, instructions, and assigned tasks from their teachers.

This suspension is implemented as a precautionary measure in view of the possible effects of Super Typhoon Nando and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

⚠️ Reminder: Let us all remain safe, stay indoors, and monitor official advisories for further updates.
