🌧️ Dear Parents, Guardians, and Learners of Bitik Elementary School,
In line with DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2024, we would like to remind everyone of the guidelines on student attendance during inclement weather and local hazards.
We encourage everyone to stay updated through the official announcements of Bitik Elementary School , the Schools Division Office of Valenzuela, and your Local Government Unit (LGU).

Today, we celebrate 15 wonderful years of music, dedication, friendship, and excellence. For more than a decade, the Bitik Children's Chorus has proudly shared the gift of song, inspiring hearts and bringing honor to our school and community through every performance.
This milestone is a testament to the unwavering commitment of our talented young choristers, dedicated trainers, supportive parents, school leaders, alumni, and everyone who has been part of this incredible journey.
As we commemorate this special occasion, may the Bitik Children's Chorus continue to inspire generations of young singers, spread hope through music, and reach even greater heights in the years to come.

💨 Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS)

Wind Signal | Class Suspension Status

No Wind Signal - No suspension.- Classes continue as scheduled.

Signal No. 1-Automatic suspension of classes in Kindergarten

Signal No. 2 - Automatic suspension of classes from Kindergarten to Grade 10

Signal No. 3 - Automatic suspension of all in-person classes, work in schools, and ALS programs.

Signal No. 4–5 - Automatic suspension of all in-person classes, work in schools, and ALS programs.

🌧️ Color-Coded Heavy Rainfall Warnings

🟢 GREEN WARNING
Status: No suspension. Classes continue as scheduled.

🟡 YELLOW WARNING
Status: Discretionary suspension. Suspensions may be declared by the Local Chief Executive (LCE) or other authorized government agencies based on specific local conditions.

🟠 ORANGE WARNING
Status: Automatic suspension of all in-person classes at all levels, including ALS programs.

🔴 RED WARNING
Status: Automatic suspension of all in-person classes at all levels, including ALS programs.

[REMINDER] PSA: BAG INSPECTION GUIDELINES | Ensuring a Safe and Secure Learning Environment

In compliance with DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, Bitik Elementary School implements routine bag inspections at the school entrance to help maintain a safe, orderly, and motivating learning environment for all.

🔹 All learners, school personnel, and visitors are requested to cooperate during routine bag inspections upon entry.
🔹 Inspections shall only be conducted by authorized personnel using approved non-contact methods.
🔹 The rights, dignity, and privacy of every individual will always be respected.
🔹 "Stop-and-frisk," physical pat-downs, and unnecessary handling of personal belongings are strictly prohibited.
🔹 Full searches shall only be conducted when there is reasonable suspicion and in accordance with DepEd policies and established procedures.

School safety is a shared responsibility. Let us work together to foster a secure, respectful, and learner-friendly environment for everyone.
