The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. would like to inform all students, parents, faculty members, and concerned individuals that the Donning of Ranks, originally scheduled for August 28, 2026, has been 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐃 to 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 4, 2026 (𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN.

This rescheduling is in view of the extension of the suspension of face-to-face classes in all public and private schools at all levels in Valencia City, pursuant to Executive Order No. 093, Series of 2026.

We look forward to celebrating this significant milestone with you as we continue “Carrying the Torch of Excellence.”

On August 14, 2026, the LES formation activity focused on practicing proper donning of ranks, Silent Drill and familiarizing ourselves with the flow of the program. Through active participation and teamwork, we enhanced our confidence, coordination, and readiness for the upcoming event.

On August 07, 2026, the LES Formation successfully conducted training focused on Pasa-Masid and Ceremonial Parade practice. These activities strengthened our discipline, teamwork, alertness, and precision while enhancing our skills in observation and proper drill ex*****on.

Every formation and every step bring us closer to becoming more competent, responsible, and service-oriented future law enforcers.

On July 31, 2026, the Law Enforcement Service (LES) Formation was dedicated to the practice of the Manual of Arms in preparation for the upcoming Donning of Ranks Ceremony. Through precision, discipline, and teamwork, every cadet strengthened the skills and confidence needed to perform with excellence. Every command executed reflected our commitment to honor, responsibility, and the core values of the College of Criminal Justice Education.
