The NDEP-BKD organization, in partnership with the Savers organization, has officially wrapped up an incredible 5-day Brigada Eskwela week at the BMI Station. Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and put in the hard work to make our space safer, cleaner, and ready for action. 🎊💙

MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH 📣💙

Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that men also carry silent battles behind their smiles, strength, and responsibilities. Society often teaches men to stay strong, hide emotions, and fight struggles alone, but real strength is found in opening up, asking for help, and choosing to heal.

This month is not only about awareness — it is about creating a safe space where every man feels heard, valued, supported, and understood. Mental health matters regardless of gender, and every man deserves peace of mind, emotional support, and genuine care.

To all the men who are silently struggling, tired, pressured, or hurting inside — you are not weak for feeling overwhelmed. You are human. Your feelings are valid, your voice matters, and you do not have to face everything alone.

Let us continue to encourage kindness, understanding, and open conversations. Check on your brothers, fathers, friends, classmates, and every man around you. Sometimes, a simple “How are you?” can save someone from fighting their battles alone.
