Student researchers from the San Agustin Institute of Technology, Inc. (SAIT) earned four prestigious awards during the 1st Philippine Student Thesis and Capstone Competition 2025, held Sunday and organized by the International Society of Transdisciplinary Researchers, Educators, and Leaders (ISTREL).

With 75 schools participating and 231 abstracts submitted nationwide, only 180 entries made the cut—representing a competitive 77.92% acceptance rate. Out of these, 105 research papers were presented by the best and brightest young minds from across the Philippines. A historic moment for SAIT, the competition set forth the school to rose to national stage, earning multiple recognitions for their works—a testament to the school's commitment of research and knowledge generation.
