𝙋𝘼𝙎𝙊𝘼-𝘾𝙈𝙐 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙝 𝙖𝙩 18𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝘼𝙎𝙊𝘼 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙣

Pasay City-Students from the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) program made their mark at the recently concluded 18th PASOA National Convention, bringing home prestigious awards and recognition for their outstanding performances in various competitions held at Cuneta Astrodome last January 30, 2025.

The event, themed “Empowering Tomorrow: Balancing Mental Wellness and Embracing Technological Change” gathered students from different colleges and universities across the country to participate in academic and skills-based competitions that showcased their knowledge and expertise in office administration.

The BSOA team demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication across multiple categories, further reinforcing their commitment to personal and professional excellence. Their outstanding achievements were recognized with the following accolades:

𝓙𝓸𝓱𝓷 𝓡𝓲𝓬𝓸 𝓑𝓲𝓼𝓷𝓪𝓻, a senior BSOA student, secured 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 in the 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, triumphing over 30 participants.

𝓡𝓸𝓼𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓜𝓪𝓮 𝓔𝓷𝓸𝓶𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓫𝓵𝓮𝓼, a sophomore BSOA student, was awarded 𝐹𝒾𝓇𝓈𝓉 𝑅𝓊𝓃𝓃𝑒𝓇-𝓊𝓅 in the 𝓢𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓬𝓱 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓜𝓲𝓼𝓼 𝓟𝓐𝓢𝓞𝓐 𝓝𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 2025 and also received the 𝐵𝑒𝓈𝓉 𝒾𝓃 𝒫𝓇𝑜𝒹𝓊𝒸𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 award.

𝓗𝓪𝓷𝓼 𝓝𝓲𝓬𝓬𝓸𝓵𝓸 𝓑𝓸𝓷𝓰𝓬𝓪𝔂𝓪𝓸, another sophomore BSOA student, was 𝓬𝓻𝓸𝔀𝓷𝓮𝓭 𝓜𝓻. 𝓟𝓐𝓢𝓞𝓐 𝓝𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 2025 and received the 𝐵𝑒𝓈𝓉 𝒾𝓃 𝒞𝑜𝓇𝓅𝑜𝓇𝒶𝓉𝑒 𝒜𝓉𝓉𝒾𝓇𝑒 award.

Additionally, our very own PASOA-CMU President, 𝓜𝓮𝓵𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓖𝓸𝓻𝓭𝓸𝓷, was elected as the 𝒱𝒾𝒸𝑒 𝒫𝓇𝑒𝓈𝒾𝒹𝑒𝓃𝓉 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝐼𝓃𝓉𝑒𝓇𝓃𝒶𝓁 in the newly appointed 𝓟𝓐𝓢𝓞𝓐 𝓝𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓞𝓯𝓯𝓲𝓬𝓮𝓻𝓼 for the School Year 2025-2026.

The BSOA team's remarkable success at the convention further solidifies their program’s reputation for developing future-ready professionals. Their accomplishments serve as an inspiration to current and aspiring students, encouraging them to strive for excellence.

𝐁𝐒𝐎𝐀 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐋𝐂

Baguio City-Delegates from the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) program brought pride to their institution as they received multiple awards during the prestigious 11th Philippines I Transform Leaders’ Convention (PITLC) held at Baguio Teachers Camp last November 15-19, 2024. The event, themed “A Decade of Actions: Saving Our Seas, Saving Our Planet,” gathered student-leaders and professionals from various fields to celebrate leadership, innovation, and transformation.

The 11th I Transform Convention provided a platform for participants to engage in workshops, plenary sessions, and competitions that emphasized leadership, innovation, and transformative action. The BSOA delegates actively participated, showcasing their skills and gaining valuable insights from industry leaders and peers.

The BSOA team distinguished themselves in several categories, demonstrating their excellence and commitment to personal and professional growth. Among the accolades received were the following;

𝐂𝐲𝐫𝐚 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 received the YLP Magnus medal for being one of the members of the SGY 11- The 2024 Most Outstanding Youth Solid Group.

𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞 received the YLP Magnus medal for being one of the members of the SGA 2- The 2024 Most Outstanding Adult Solid Group.

𝐑𝐞𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐞 received two (2) YLP Magnus medals: one for being a member of the SGA 2, awarded as the 2024 Most Outstanding Adult Solid Group, and the other for Best in Cultural Attire - Male Adult Category.

𝐀𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐫 was awarded a YLP Magnus medal for his role as one of the staffers of the organization. He is also a recipient of the Lea Iyog Staffer Award and was elevated by the YLP Staffership Academy to the rank of Regent Staffer IV.

The success of the BSOA team at the convention reinforces their program's reputation for developing future-ready professionals. Their achievement serves as an inspiration for current and future students to continue striving for excellence.

Central Mindanao University –In a thrilling showcase of skill and precision, Team Bravo (section OA2B) emerged as the over-all champion in the 3rd Keyboarding and Stenography Inter-Class Competition held at the College of Education Hall last November 17, 2024. The event brought together the best and brightest students, challenging their speed, accuracy, and mastery of keyboarding and stenography techniques.

Participants and attendees lauded the event as a celebration of the often overlooked but vital skills of keyboarding and stenography. The competition aimed to emphasize the importance of these skills in today’s fast-paced academic and professional environments.

Team Bravo faced stiff competition from Team Charlie (OA2C) and Team Alpha (OA2A), who placed second and third respectively. This year's competition highlighted not only the competitive spirit of the participants but also the relevance of these timeless skills in the modern world. Congratulations to Team Bravo on their well-deserved victory!

ＰＡＳＯＡ Ｅｘｅｃｓ ｊｏｉｎ ＣＭＵＬＥＡＤＳ ２０２４

Maramag, Bukidnon-Last November 8-10, five dedicated officers from the Philippine Association of Student in Office Administration (PASOA) attended the highly anticipated CMULEADS 2024. Hosted by Central Mindanao University (CMU), CMULEADS is an annual leadership conference designed to equip student leaders with skills to lead in today’s dynamic environments. The three-day event was filled with impactful workshops, keynote speeches, and networking opportunities that inspired attendees to bring positive changes back to their organizations.

This year, PASOA sent five outstanding officers to represent the association, and they certainly left a mark namely, 𝓜𝓮𝓵𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓖𝓸𝓻𝓭𝓸𝓷 (President),𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓮 𝓜𝓪𝓮 𝓛𝓾𝓬𝓲ñ𝓸 (Vice President), 𝓜𝓪. 𝓝𝓲𝓬𝓸𝓵𝓮 𝓔𝓶𝓮𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓸 (Secretary), 𝓙𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓻𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓒𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓶𝓸𝓷 (Auditor), and 𝓐𝓵𝔂𝓼𝓼𝓪 𝓝𝓲𝓬𝓸𝓵𝓮 𝓑𝓮𝓵𝓸𝓽𝓮𝓷𝓭𝓸𝓼 (PIO),

Student leaders from various programs came together for CMULEADS, a dynamic event themed "Challenging, Motivating, Unifying Leaders through Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, Development, and Sensitivity on Gender Perspective." This annual gathering brought student leaders together to learn, connect, and grow as they shape their paths to becoming compassionate and effective leaders.

With workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, CMULEADS encouraged participants to dive deep into what it means to lead with empathy, understanding, and respect for others. Each session aimed not only to sharpen skills in communication and decision-making but also to emphasize the importance of seeing others' perspectives—especially on gender sensitivity and inclusivity.

More than just a series of sessions, CMULEADS 2024 fostered genuine connections among students, creating a community where leaders support each other's growth. Through this event, these future leaders are returning to their places not only more skilled but also with a renewed commitment to lead with kindness, respect, and an open mind, inspired to make a meaningful impact in their communities. #

𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐀𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐁𝐌 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒

Maramag, Bukidnon-The Mr. and Miss CBM 2024 pageant turned out to be a landmark event for the Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration (PASOA), as three of its talented members captured titles in the competition. Held at the CMU University Convention Center last November 9, 2024, the event celebrated not only beauty and elegance but also intelligence and the dynamic talents of students from the College of Business Management (CBM). PASOA members Roshelle Mae Enomerables, Janine Martinez, and Ruel Jhapet Bitoy, stood out among the contestants, claiming prestigious titles and reinforcing PASOA’s reputation for excellence.

After rounds of intense competition in evening wear, swimwear, and the question-and-answer segment, PASOA participants rose to the top with stunning performances that captivated both the judges and the audience. Each winner’s unique style and poise on stage demonstrated the diversity of talent within PASOA:

𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙚 𝙀𝙣𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨, a second year BSOA student bagged the Miss CBM 2024-First Runner-up title alongside with Best in Production Number, Best in Swimwear, and Social Media Choice Award.

𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙯, a third year BSOA student earned the Miss CBM 2024-Second Runner-up title with Miss Photogenic, Best in Formal Attire, Gemma's Female Top Model, Ms. Vapecentrix Choice Award and Miss Stylistas Choice Award.

𝙍𝙪𝙚𝙡 𝙅𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙩 𝘽𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙮, a third year BSOA student grabbed the Mr. CBM 2024-Second Runner-up title with Mr. Runway, Mr. Gemma's Ambassador and La Mimi's Glam Choice Award.

𝙅𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖, a second year BSOA student was awarded Mr. Max Cafe Choice Award, Mr. Vapecentrix Choice Award, Gemma's Male Top Model, and Social Media Choice Award.

While 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙚 𝙁𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙖 secured the Miss Congeniality Award and 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙈𝙪𝙖ñ𝙖 finished with Darling of the Crowd Award.

With this year’s pageant, the Mr. and Miss CBM 2024 winners have set a high standard for future competitions, proving that PASOA students are not only leaders in their field but also inspiring representatives of the college. #
