Pasay City-Students from the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) program made their mark at the recently concluded 18th PASOA National Convention, bringing home prestigious awards and recognition for their outstanding performances in various competitions held at Cuneta Astrodome last January 30, 2025.
The event, themed โEmpowering Tomorrow: Balancing Mental Wellness and Embracing Technological Changeโ gathered students from different colleges and universities across the country to participate in academic and skills-based competitions that showcased their knowledge and expertise in office administration.
The BSOA team demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication across multiple categories, further reinforcing their commitment to personal and professional excellence. Their outstanding achievements were recognized with the following accolades:

Baguio City-Delegates from the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) program brought pride to their institution as they received multiple awards during the prestigious 11th Philippines I Transform Leadersโ Convention (PITLC) held at Baguio Teachers Camp last November 15-19, 2024. The event, themed โA Decade of Actions: Saving Our Seas, Saving Our Planet,โ gathered student-leaders and professionals from various fields to celebrate leadership, innovation, and transformation.
The 11th I Transform Convention provided a platform for participants to engage in workshops, plenary sessions, and competitions that emphasized leadership, innovation, and transformative action. The BSOA delegates actively participated, showcasing their skills and gaining valuable insights from industry leaders and peers.
The BSOA team distinguished themselves in several categories, demonstrating their excellence and commitment to personal and professional growth. Among the accolades received were the following;

๐๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ received the YLP Magnus medal for being one of the members of the SGA 2- The 2024 Most Outstanding Adult Solid Group.
๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ง๐ฒ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ received two (2) YLP Magnus medals: one for being a member of the SGA 2, awarded as the 2024 Most Outstanding Adult Solid Group, and the other for Best in Cultural Attire - Male Adult Category.
๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ซ was awarded a YLP Magnus medal for his role as one of the staffers of the organization. He is also a recipient of the Lea Iyog Staffer Award and was elevated by the YLP Staffership Academy to the rank of Regent Staffer IV.

Central Mindanao University โIn a thrilling showcase of skill and precision, Team Bravo (section OA2B) emerged as the over-all champion in the 3rd Keyboarding and Stenography Inter-Class Competition held at the College of Education Hall last November 17, 2024. The event brought together the best and brightest students, challenging their speed, accuracy, and mastery of keyboarding and stenography techniques.
Participants and attendees lauded the event as a celebration of the often overlooked but vital skills of keyboarding and stenography. The competition aimed to emphasize the importance of these skills in todayโs fast-paced academic and professional environments.
Team Bravo faced stiff competition from Team Charlie (OA2C) and Team Alpha (OA2A), who placed second and third respectively. This year's competition highlighted not only the competitive spirit of the participants but also the relevance of these timeless skills in the modern world. Maramag, Bukidnon-Last November 8-10, five dedicated officers from the Philippine Association of Student in Office Administration (PASOA) attended the highly anticipated CMULEADS 2024. Hosted by Central Mindanao University (CMU), CMULEADS is an annual leadership conference designed to equip student leaders with skills to lead in todayโs dynamic environments. The three-day event was filled with impactful workshops, keynote speeches, and networking opportunities that inspired attendees to bring positive changes back to their organizations.
This year, PASOA sent five outstanding officers to represent the association, and they certainly left a mark namely, ๐๐ฎ๐ต๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ธ๐ป๐ญ๐ธ๐ท (President),๐๐ฑ๐ป๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ท๐ฎ ๐๐ช๐ฎ ๐๐พ๐ฌ๐ฒรฑ๐ธ (Vice President), ๐๐ช. ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ธ๐ต๐ฎ ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฒ๐ธ (Secretary), ๐๐ฎ๐ช๐ฝ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ฎ ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ธ๐ท (Auditor), and ๐๐ต๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ช ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ธ๐ต๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐ต๐ธ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ท๐ญ๐ธ๐ผ (PIO),
Student leaders from various programs came together for CMULEADS, a dynamic event themed "Challenging, Motivating, Unifying Leaders through Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, Development, and Sensitivity on Gender Perspective." This annual gathering brought student leaders together to learn, connect, and grow as they shape their paths to becoming compassionate and effective leaders.
With workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, CMULEADS encouraged participants to dive deep into what it means to lead with empathy, understanding, and respect for others. Each session aimed not only to sharpen skills in communication and decision-making but also to emphasize the importance of seeing others' perspectivesโespecially on gender sensitivity and inclusivity.
More than just a series of sessions, CMULEADS 2024 fostered genuine connections among students, creating a community where leaders support each other's growth. Through this event, these future leaders are returning to their places not only more skilled but also with a renewed commitment to lead with kindness, respect, and an open mind, inspired to make a meaningful impact in their communities. #

Maramag, Bukidnon-The Mr. and Miss CBM 2024 pageant turned out to be a landmark event for the Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration (PASOA), as three of its talented members captured titles in the competition. Held at the CMU University Convention Center last November 9, 2024, the event celebrated not only beauty and elegance but also intelligence and the dynamic talents of students from the College of Business Management (CBM). PASOA members Roshelle Mae Enomerables, Janine Martinez, and Ruel Jhapet Bitoy, stood out among the contestants, claiming prestigious titles and reinforcing PASOAโs reputation for excellence.
After rounds of intense competition in evening wear, swimwear, and the question-and-answer segment, PASOA participants rose to the top with stunning performances that captivated both the judges and the audience. Each winnerโs unique style and poise on stage demonstrated the diversity of talent within PASOA:
