𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. is a private, nonstock, nonprofit, nonsectarian, and service-oriented higher education institution located in Valencia City, Bukidnon, Philippines. Its institutional philosophy emphasizes accessible education, service to economically disadvantaged sectors, community development, and nation-building for people in Mindanao and the Philippines.

Over the years, 𝗣𝗖𝗙 has developed into an established institution with academic programs encompassing several disciplines including education, business administration, criminology, hospitality management, and office administration. Its continued growth reflects its commitment to expanding educational opportunities and responding to the learning and training needs of diverse sectors of society, particularly those who may otherwise have limited access to quality education.

The Research Office of Philippine College Foundation, Inc. successfully conducted the 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 at the Atty. Amable Pagonzaga Gymnasium on July 23, 2026. The activity gathered student researchers from the Department of Office Administration, Bachelor of Elementary Education, College of Criminal Justice Education, Department of Business Administration, and Department of Hospitality Management, to learn about the research process, institutional policies, ethical standards, and the expectations that will guide them throughout their research journey.

PCFI Goes Global: Faculty Leaders Make History at International Education Training in China

HANGZHOU, CHINA — A new chapter in the history of Philippine College Foundation, Inc. (PCFI) has begun as the institution proudly sends its first-ever delegation of faculty leaders to participate in the 2026 Philippines UNITVET Advanced IT Vocational and Technical Education Training Program at Zhejiang College of Construction, Hangzhou, China.

The international training program brings together educators and technical-vocational leaders to explore the evolving landscape of education through the lenses of Digital Transformation for Education, Technology Development Education, and Digital Integration. Designed to strengthen institutional innovation and global collaboration, the program equips participants with cutting-edge knowledge, emerging technologies, and transformative strategies that can be translated into meaningful educational practices in their respective institutions.

For PCFI, this milestone extends beyond international travel—it symbolizes the institution's growing commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and global engagement. As the first batch of representatives to participate in this prestigious international program, the delegates carry not only the banner of the college but also the aspirations of the entire PCFI community.

The Research Orientation and Consultative Meeting was successfully conducted last June 22, 2026 held at the Library Annex, Philippine College Foundation Inc, with the participation of our Deans, Program Chairs, Research Coordinators, and Research Instructors from different Programs.

The activity served as a valuable platform to align research initiatives, discuss institutional research policies and guidelines, address concerns, and strengthen collaboration among academic leaders and research personnel.
