Proof that we know how to take a break! 😆Amazing day at the beach with the whole school staff, complete with grilled fish and pork, loud singing, games, and non-stop laughter. Between all the planning, teaching, and daily hustle, we rarely get a quiet moment to just enjoy each other's company. We work hard for our students every day, but days like today prove we definitely need time to step back, reset, and recharge. 🏖️🔥🌴

Congratulations on completing an incredible journey filled with learning, friendship, cultural exchange, and unforgettable experiences here in Kalikasan. 🎉👏

We are truly proud of all of you for your hard work, patience, cooperation, and determination throughout your stay. Living away from home is not always easy, but you embraced every challenge, made new friends, learned from one another, and created wonderful memories that we hope you will carry with you for many years to come.

To our Sancheong Batch 20 students, thank you for bringing your energy, smiles, and enthusiasm to Kalikasan. Your presence made our community more vibrant and meaningful. We hope that the lessons you learned and the friendships you made here will remain special memories of your journey in the Philippines.

Each portfolio reflected the students' creativity, dedication, and hard work. They confidently shared their presentations, demonstrating not only their English skills but also their growth throughout the program.

Siquijor Adventure: 2 Days and 1 Night 🏖️✨

The students had an unforgettable adventure exploring the beautiful island of Siquijor. From enjoying breakfast at the port to taking in the stunning view at The Bruce Restaurant, every moment was filled with excitement.

The visited famous attractions such as the Old Balete Tree, Lazi Church, and the doctor fish. They also challenged themselves at the Tarzan Swing, where one brave student overcame the fear and gave it a try. The day ended with a relaxing sunset at Paliton Beach.

On the second day, the students enjoyed swimming at the crystal clear waters of Salagdoong Beach before having lunch and heading back to school. The trip was filled with adventure, laughter, new experiences, and unforgettable memories that they will always treasure. 🌸

The students embarked on an exciting journey to Oslob, Cebu, home to one of the Philippines' most famous whale shark watching destinations. They departed early in the morning, and although everyone was still sleepy from the long trip, their excitement quickly came to life the moment they arrived.

Seeing the gentle whale sharks up close was a breathtaking experience that left them with awe and wonder. After the whale shark watching, the fun continued at a nearby resort, where the students spent the rest of the day swimming, playing with their friends, and enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery. They also had the opportunity to dine at a local restaurant in Oslob, giving then a taste of their delicious cuisine and warm hospitality. 🌸

A 5-Day Homestay Experience 🇵🇭💙🇰🇷

For five unforgettable days, the students experienced the warmth of Filipino hospitality through "Homestay Program". Living with their host families allowed them to experience everyday life, build meaningful relationships, and immerse themselves in the local culture.

During their stay, the students participated in various activities such as making Korean food together, joining a community clean-up drive, and creating trash bins to promote environmental awareness. They also experienced the simple joys of rural living by feeding pigs, goats, cows, dogs, rabbits, and other livestock, harvesting fresh chicken eggs and vegetables, fishing, and even learning how to make fishing nets.

These hands-on experiences gave them a deeper appreciation for Filipino culture, hard work, and community life. More importantly, they formed genuine bonds with their homestay families, creating memories and friendships that will remain in their hearts long after they return home.

The Homestay Program was more than just a cultural exchange, it became a journey of learning, understanding, and building connections that transcend language and distance. Thank you to our wonderful homestay families for opening your homes and hearts to our students. 🌸

An Unforgettable Bais Dolphin Watching! 🌊🦈

One of the most exciting experiences for the students was their Bais Dolphin Watching. At first, they wondered if they would be lucky enough to see the dolphins. As they patiently searched the open sea, excitement slowly turned into anticipation as a pod of dolphins gracefully appeared.

The adventure continued at the beautiful sandbar, where the students enjoyed swimming in the crystal-clear waters, riding the dragon boat, and they even tried extreme rides. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea and endless blue skies, they laughed, bonded and created unforgettable memories together. 🌸

Exploring the Beauty of Nature 💦🌿

Our students had an unforgettable adventure as they visited two of Valencia's beautiful tourist destinations such as Red Rock Waterfalls and Red Rock Hot Spring. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, they were amazed by the peaceful environment and the beauty of nature.

The trip was filled with laughter and excitement as the students enjoyed swimming in the refreshing waters of Red Rock Waterfalls. Afterward, they relaxed in the soothing hot spring, shared a delicious lunch together, and created wonderful memories with their teachers and classmates.

This educational trip was more than just a fun getaway, it gave our students the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the Philippines, strengthen friendships, and enjoy meaningful experiences outside the classroom. 🌸

Learning doesn't only happen inside the classroom but also happens through real-life experiences. The students did the Valencia and Dumaguete Mission Tour, where they were challenged to locate important landmarks and establishments in both places.

Some groups successfully completed the entire mission, while others missed a few locations in Valencia. Regardless of the results, every student gained valuable experience in exploring the community, improving their navigation skills, working as a team, and becoming more familiar with their surroundings. 🌸

A warm welcome to our Sancheong 20th Batch students, who arrived last June 25, 2026! 💙🇰🇷🇵🇭

When they first arrived, many of them were shy and quiet. As the days passed, they gradually became more comfortable, opened up to their teachers and classmates, and even started sharing jokes and laughter. Watching their confidence grow has been truly heartwarming.

This is just the beginning of an exciting journey! Many meaningful lessons, cultural experiences, and unforgettable activities are waiting for them. We look forward to seeing them continue to learn, build friendships, and create wonderful memories. Welcome once again, and let's make this adventure a memorable one! 🌸
