𝟏. 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬
a. Security personnel will conduct a mandatory bag inspection at the main gate for all students, parents, guardians, and visitors upon arrival.
b. During heavy rain or severe weather, gate bag checks will be suspended. Class advisers will conduct the inspection at the classroom doorway instead.
c. Students must wear the complete prescribed school uniform and display their official school ID at all times while on campus.
d. Parents, guardians, and visitors must present a valid ID to the security guard in exchange for an official Visitor Pass. The ID will be returned once the Visitor Pass is surrendered upon departure. Unregistered visitors will not be granted entry.
e. Visitors and parents must follow the school's dress code policy.
f. All students must leave the campus by 4:30 PM. The only exceptions are students participating in official, school-approved sports training or extracurricular activities overseen by a designated teacher or coach.
𝟐. 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 & 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
a. During instruction, students must keep their personal bags, outerwear, and non-essential items in designated classroom areas or lockers. Only materials specifically required for the ongoing class may be placed on desks or armchairs.
b. Advisers and subject teachers are responsible for monitoring items brought out during their class periods to ensure unapproved or distracting objects are put away.
𝟑. 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
a. To safeguard the campus, the Office of the Prefect of Discipline, in coordination with the Supreme Student Government (SSG), will conduct periodic, random bag and locker inspections.
b. Inspections will cover prohibited items, including but not limited to: weapons, hazardous materials, illegal substances, tobacco/vaping products, and any electronic devices or materials restricted under the JKLCI Student Handbook.
c. Contraband or unapproved items will be confiscated immediately, documented, and turned over to the Prefect of Discipline. Confiscated items will only be released directly to a parent or legal guardian following a disciplinary meeting.
𝟒. 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 & 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐔𝐬𝐞
a. Any student or group needing to use school facilities outside regular hours (weekends, holidays, or after 4:30 PM) must submit a written request to the Office of the Principal in advance.
b. The request letter must state the specific purpose, date and time, room or facility required, complete list of participating students, and the signature of the supervising faculty member or adviser.
c. Approved letters will be forwarded directly to the security detail. Security guards will enforce a strict No Approved Letter, No Entry policy.
d. Coaches must submit an official team roster to the Principal’s Office and Security Team prior to starting off-hours practice sessions. Students not listed on the approved roster will be denied entry.
𝟓. 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 & 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
a. Any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized personnel on campus should be reported immediately to the nearest teacher, school administrators, or security officer.
b. Parents and guardians are requested to ensure their contact details on file with the registrar, advisers, and guidance coordinator are current so the school can reach them quickly in an emergency.
