As part of the implementation of the YES-O Action Plan SY 2026-2027, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) conducted an Environmental and Cleanliness Awareness Session on August 14, 2026, at 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
The activity aimed to strengthen students’ awareness and responsibility in maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly school environment. It also encouraged our learners to practice proper waste management, cleanliness, and care for nature in their daily lives.💚
Through initiatives like this, we continue to nurture responsible and environmentally concious learners who can contribute to a cleaner and greener school community.

On August 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) conducted an activity on Student Mental Awareness and Well-Being as part of the implementation of their SSLG Action Plan for SY 2026-2027.
The activity aimed to promote awareness, encourage healthy ways of coping with challenges, and remind learners that taking care of their mental and emotional well-being is an important part of their growth and success.
Through activities like this, our SSLG continues to foster a safe, supportive, and caring school environment where every learner feels heard, valued, and supported.💚

Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 na may temang “Filipino at AI: Magkaagapay sa Makabagong Pagkatuto,” inilunsad ng ating paaralan ang Poster Slogan Contest bilang isang malikhaing paraan upang maipakita ng ating mga mag-aaral kung paano maaaring magsanib ang wikang Filipino, makabagong teknolohiya, at Artificial Intelligence (AI) sa pagkatuto.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our PNSHS Alumni Officers for accomplishing one of the commitments in their Alumni Action Plan, giving back to our school through a generation donation of one (1) pair of cymbals.💙
This donation is especially meaningful to us because it marks the beginning of our school’s collection of band instruments. From having none, we now have our very first instrument, and we are hopeful that this will be the start of something bigger.
We believe that this initial contribution can inspire and encourage our internal and external stakeholders, partners, and other generous individuals to join us in building a complete set of band instruments for our learners. Every instrument donated big or small, will bring us one step closer to providing our students with greater opportunities to develop their musical talents.🙏

In line with Executive Order No. 50-S, Series of 2026, issued by Governor Manuel L. Sagarbarria, please be informed that regular face-to-face classes will resume on Monday, August 10, 2026.

HEALTH REMINDER:

Parents/Guardians and learners are reminded to observe proper health practices, especially regarding conjunctivitis (sore eyes).

If your child has sore eyes or symptoms of conjunctivitis, please do not send them to school to prevent the infection from spreading to other learners and school personnel.

Kindly inform the class adviser about your child’s condition and absence. This will allow the school to properly monitor the learner and make the necessary considerations regarding their attendance.

Let us work together to keep our learners, teachers, and the entire school community safe and healthy.

Our school, PNSHS, utilized the suspension of classes on August 7, 2026, as an opportunity to conduct thorough cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation measures within our campus.
Our personnel focused on maintaining cleanliness in our classrooms, offices, clinic, handrails, desks, tables, chairs and other high-contact areas to help ensure a safe and healthy environment for our learners and staff.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Rural Health Unit (RHU) of the Municipality of Valencia for providing the tablets/solutions used for the disinfection of our school facilities.
Together, we continue to promote a clean, safe, and healthy school environment for everyone. 💙

On August 5, 2026, at 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon, PNSHS successfully conducted an Orientation on the roles, functions, mandates, and responsibilities of the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA), Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), and Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Officers. The activity also included the crafting of each organization’s Action Plan for SY 2026-2027, ensuring that their programs and activities are aligned with the school’s goals and priorities. The orientation strengthened the officers’ understanding of their leadership roles and prepared them to effectively carry out their responsibilities throughout the school year.
