San Agustin Institute of Technology, Inc. (SAIT) is aware of a social media post containing threats of armed violence against several schools, including SAIT. Threats of this nature, whether made as a joke, an act of intimidation, or a genuine warning, are serious, irresponsible, and unacceptable.

The matter is being treated with utmost urgency. The SAIT Administration has taken the necessary precautionary measures and is coordinating closely with the appropriate law-enforcement authorities to verify the source of the post and help ensure the safety and security of our students, personnel, and the entire school community.

We encourage everyone to remain calm, vigilant, and cooperative. Students and other members of the community are reminded to be responsible social media users. Please refrain from creating or sharing unnecessary, speculative, alarming, or unverified posts that may cause fear, confusion, or misinformation. Do not engage with, provoke, or personally investigate the account involved.

Any relevant information, screenshot, message, or suspicious activity should be preserved and immediately reported through appropriate channels to the SAIT Administration or the proper law-enforcement authorities.

The 1st Senate Plenary Session of the SAIT College Student Government (CSG) Senate has officially concluded.
