TES Batch 1, 2, & 10 Payroll Signing for 2nd Semester AY 2025-2026: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Why is the payroll signing for the 2nd semester of AY 2025-2026 being held first, rather than the 1st semester?
A: The funds for the 2nd semester of AY 2025-2026 have already been disbursed by CHED-UniFAST to PCFI. Since the released fund is strictly for the 2nd semester, PCFI will proceed with the payroll signing for that period only.
Q: What happened to the funds for the 1st semester of AY 2025-2026?
A: The funds are not gone, they are only delayed. PCFI has already submitted the required billing documents to CHED-UniFAST and is currently awaiting fund disbursement.
Q: When will the payroll signing for the 1st semester of AY 2025-2026 take place?
A: No tentative date has been set yet. The school will announce the schedule only after CHED-UniFAST releases or uploads the funds.
Q: Have the school management system/student portal and the PCF UniFAST Updates been hacked?
A: No, they have not been hacked. Official announcements will be made if such an incident ever occurs.
Note:
We kindly remind everyone to refrain from spreading unverified information. Please direct your concerns through official channels for proper resolution.
