TES Grant Release Update

Hello grantees,

We know many of you are asking about the TES/TDP grant release, especially since you've heard other schools have started giving out their grants.

We want to explain the situation clearly: Our school can only release the grants once we receive the funds from CHED UniFAST. We are still waiting for this. As soon as the funds arrive, we will process your grant release, just like the other schools.

We ask for your patience. Every school, including those who have released grants, must follow this due process. We are doing our best to process your grants as soon as possible.

A gentle reminder: Please be kind to our UniFAST personnel. Constantly asking or pressuring them to release your grants will not make the funds arrive faster. It only makes their job harder.

You can always visit the PCF UniFAST Office for any clarifications. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

TDP BATCH 3 (CONTINUING) ANNOUNCEMENT!

Failure to complete your student ID validation documentation requirement will result in the following due to non-compliance:

1. The student-grantee will become ineligible for the TDP and TES program.

Please visit the UniFAST Office as soon as possible.

The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) application is now open for the Academic Year 2025-2026!

Note:

1. Continuing grantees from both TES and TDP should not be included in filling-up this form.

2. Only students currently enrolled to PCF should full-up this form.

3. Deadline for submission: November 14, 2025 (will stop accepting responses)

The list below is the current students with no Student IDs with 3 Specimen Signatures has been updated!

Non-compliance might result in TES ineligibility.

Please immediately proceed to the UniFAST/ Scholarship Office for compliance.

Clarification: The masterlist posted in the recent announcement contains the names of continuing TES grantees from the second semester of AY 2024–2025. The purpose of this validation period is to determine each student’s current status—whether they are enrolled, not enrolled, graduated, filed a Leave of Absence (LOA), did not meet the retention policy, or are non-compliant with documentary requirements.

Furthermore, if a student is on the list and is enrolled in the first semester of AY 2025–2026, has fully complied with all documentary requirements, and has met the retention policy, then that student is eligible for the first semester of AY 2025–2026.

On the other hand, if a student is on the list but is identified as not enrolled, graduated, did not file an LOA, did not meet the retention policy, or is non-compliant with documentary requirements, then that student is not eligible for the first semester of AY 2025–2026.

Additional Note: Again, the list provided consists of continuing TES grantees. This means that if you are not yet a TES grantee (typically incoming freshmen and current second years), your status will either be an incoming TES applicant (incoming freshmen) or has been applied to the TES program but is still under evaluation (currently second years).

Important: This is still the master list for the validation period and not the master list for the payroll signing of TES grants (**dili pa ni release, ting sala pa ni sa continuing TES grantees**).

We hope to clear any misunderstandings and prevent further misinformation/ miscommunication. Please visit the UniFAST/ Scholarship office for further clarification.

A masterlist is now available for the first semester of AY 2025-2026.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Student's current School ID with 3 specimen signatures.
2. Student's Leave of Absence (LOA) (if applicable).

IMPORTANT:

> Non-compliance risks your grant eligibility.
> A masterlist will be provided soon.
> Only enrolled Students in 1st Semester, Academic Year 2025-2026 will comply.

ANNOUNCEMENT

TO: ALL 2023 GRADUATES WHO HAVE NOT YET AVAILED OF THE TES-3B PROGRAM

SUBJECT: SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR TES-3B REIMBURSEMENT

An extension has been given to all eligible graduates of Batch 2023 who have not yet applied for their TES-3B benefit (Board Courses).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION (must be original/ colored hardcopy copies):

1. Licensure Examination Fee (PRC Application Form and electronic Official Receipt);
2. Official Receipts for Review Center fees;
3. Other official receipts for expenses necessary to comply with the requirements for licensure examinations

DEADLINE: September 10, 2025 (Wednesday)

Failure to submit the complete and correct documents on or before the stated date will result in the forfeiture of your TES-3B benefit.
