PAUGNAT SA KUSOG 2026!💪✨

It was a day of fun, fitness, friendship, and friendly competition as the PNHS Faculty and Staff came together for the Paugnat sa Kusog: Faculty and Staff Wellness Sports Activity – Badminton and Pickleball Friendly Mini-Tournament held on September 9, 2026, at the Pulangbato Gym! 🎉

Two exciting events took center stage-Badminton 🏸 and Pickleball 🏓—where our teachers and staff showcased not only their skills and sportsmanship but also their energy, teamwork, and competitive spirit.

We would like to thank our import umpire in Badminton, Sir Allen Ubag, thank you sir for sharing your time and expertise.

Beyond the games and scores, Paugnat sa Kusog reminded us that wellness is also about taking a break, moving together, having fun, and building stronger bonds as one PNHS family. 💙

Play hard. Laugh loud. Stay active. Grow stronger together! 💪🏸🥒
