"Discipline is not just following ordersβ€”it is choosing duty, honor, and country, every single time."

Our 6th Sunday formation began with discipline and purpose right out in the open field, standing firm, moving as one, and living out the values we uphold.

From there, we proceeded to the gym for an important session "Drills and Ceremonies" led by none other than Sgt Jaymian B Armecin PA (RES), who guided us through meaningful lessons for every cadet.

β€œEvery formation builds discipline, every drill strengthens character, and every lesson prepares us to serve.”

Discipline begins with preparation, and excellence is achieved through teamwork.

Our 5th Sunday Formation started with the registration of all cadets and cadettes through the ROTC MIS sign-in to ensure accurate attendance and proper documentation. Following this, the cadets took their Preliminary Examination, assessing the knowledge and lessons they have acquired throughout the training. This evaluation serves as an important step in measuring their understanding and readiness for the succeeding phases of the ROTC program.

After the examination, everyone proceeded to the field, where cadets applied discipline, teamwork, and leadership through practical drills and field activities. These hands-on exercises helped strengthen their confidence, physical endurance, and military bearing while reinforcing the values taught during classroom instruction.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to our Tactical NCO Tsg Ranulfo B Yabres (QMS), PA for his invaluable guidance, supervision, and unwavering support, which greatly contributed to the successful conduct of our formation and training.
