Today was all about short but deep conversations with our academic deans and heads. We dove into key updates, emerging concerns, and future requests for their respective schools and programs. 💼✨

As an education leader, I firmly believe it pays to truly listen to every voice—creating a space where each individual can express themselves and be genuinely heard. It turned out to be a wonderfully therapeutic session, and it is a practice we absolutely plan to sustain.

Looking back, I am so proud of the nurse educator and leader we have become. But our journey doesn’t end here. Our mission now is to pay it forward—honoring everyone who guided us along the way, and continuously striving for excellence to provide quality service to those who need it most.
