Application for the 𝗨𝗖𝗨-𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 (𝗨𝗖𝗨-𝗖𝗔𝗧) 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀 is now open. The application period will start on 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 until 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Please submit only one application to avoid any issues with your registration.

𝗨𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 strictly implements a “𝗡𝗢 𝗨𝗖𝗨-𝗖𝗔𝗧, 𝗡𝗢 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡” policy. However, passers of the UCU-CAT 2nd Semester 2025-2026 are not required to take this examination.

𝗨𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 is proud to announce the outstanding success of our 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺) 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 during the Gala Night and Awarding Ceremony of the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 (𝗗𝗔𝗥) – 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗸𝘂𝗹𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 held in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

Their short film entry, "𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮," has been honored with a total of four accolades, including the top prize of 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺, along with 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿.

The PelikulAgraryo film festival highlights true-to-life success stories of farmer-beneficiaries of the agrarian reform program in the Ilocos Region.
