As we kicked off School Year 2026-2027, we greeted our students with enthusiasm and equipped them with essential information about our school services.

On June 23-24, 2026, nearly 700 new Grade 7 students joined our Library and Guidance Services Orientation, where we also shared our Lost and Found Policies and Procedures. This event was designed to promote awareness, honesty, and responsibility among our learners.

Beyond providing helpful information, the orientation also highlighted our commitment to making UCNHS a peaceful and safe place for everyone. The Guidance Office reinforced our school’s strong stand against bullying, reminding students that kindness and respect are at the heart of our community.

We are truly grateful for the incredible support from our advisers, Grade Chairperson, and school administrators who made this orientation a success. From all of us at the UCNHS Library, thank you for helping us start the school year on such a positive note!

Here are some libraries and organizations that provide FREE and downloadable Filipino eBooks. See comment below for the links.

I noticed that many free "online libraries" that were compiled or created during the pandemic are sadly inaccessible now. I feel like organizations and libraries who create digital library initiatives should plan for longevity and in some cases, the project will stop if the person involved or those maintaining it are no longer with the project or have stopped working in the organization.

Will be posting more free resources soon.
