The ๐ข๐ป-๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐ ๐๐ป๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ for teaching interns of PSU-UCC commenced on October 1, 2025, at CB Mall Event Center, Urdaneta City, with the theme โ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฎ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐ต๐ฐ ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ: ๐๐ฎ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ข๐ค๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐บ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ด๐ฉ๐ช๐ฑ.โ
The program opened with the ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ delivered by Ms. Juleah Borillo, followed by the ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฃ๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ from our Practice Teaching Coordinator, Mr. Mark Darrel Parayno, who highlighted the essence of preparing future educators for both the challenges and opportunities of the classroom. The event continued with the ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ of the Teaching Internship President, Mr. Malky Linzag, who shared that this journey is like a bridgeโconnecting the ideals of being a student to the realities of becoming a teacher.
An ๐๐ป๐๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ was then delivered by the Dean of the College of Arts and Education, ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ผ๐ฒ๐น ๐ง. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ, reminding the interns that teaching is more than just imparting knowledge, but also shaping values and character.
The program was further enriched by the resource speakers. ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ท๐ฎ๐น, the first speaker, shared his insights on navigating professional work with passion and resilience. ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐น๐ผ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฝ the second resource speaker then discussed Action Research in relation to Classroom-Based Action Research, emphasizing its role as a tool for reflection and continuous improvement.
One of the highlights of the event was the ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐น ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, recognizing those who excelled during their Exit Demonstration Teaching. This moment served as an inspiration to all interns, showing that dedication, creativity, and passion in teaching are always worth celebrating.
The event culminated with the ๐๐น๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ by Mr. Michael Jame Grospe, who encouraged the interns to carry forward the lessons of the day with dedication and purpose.
Overall, the program was a successโfilled with learning, inspiration, and meaningful exchangesโthanks to the leadership of the dedicated Teaching Internship Adviser and Officers of the campus. Through this event, teaching interns are not only equipped with knowledge but also empowered with motivation, ready to face new challenges as they step beyond their comfort zones.
