Most of the time, when someone tries to prolong our presence in their life and open up about things they rarely talk about, we have to understand that being strong is not always among their choices. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞.

We have to understand that carrying the torch of vulnerability is like carrying the light of hope amidst uncertainties, and that people who face difficult circumstances are likewise willing to become a light for others.

Whenever someone tries to speak up or open up, we have to possess 𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 that see nothing but good intentions, 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 that listen with empathy, a 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 that utters nothing but wisdom and encouragement, 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 that are willing to offer help, a 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 that is open and optimistic, and a 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 that touches the lives of others.

Campus Fest 2026: Sinag-Banaag has officially come to an end, and we would like to gather your feedback regarding the recently concluded celebration.

𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑, 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆, and 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 truly define the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀. 𝐀𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞, an ABEL student who brought pride and honor to Pangasinan State University Urdaneta City Campus after being recognized as the 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦, 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 category for their research—𝑃𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑐 𝐸𝑥𝑝𝑙𝑜𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝑆𝑒𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑎𝑙 𝐶𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠’ 𝑇𝑎𝑔𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠—during the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. This outstanding achievement highlights Chester’s remarkable competence in research, communication, and global storytelling, proving that PSU Urdaneta student-leaders are capable of competing and excelling internationally. 💚✨

The competition was held on April 25-27, 2026, where she competed alongside her teammates, 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐦 and 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚, under the guidance of their coach and our very own 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿, 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐲.

This achievement proves that student-leaders of PSU Urdaneta are not only capable of leading and serving with excellence, but are also globally competitive individuals who can shine on the international stage. Through intelligence, determination, and commitment, Justine continues to inspire fellow students and bring immense pride and honor to the university.

Due to an important meeting of the officials concerned with the enrollment, the 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝 as planned. A new enrollment schedule will be announced once all necessary arrangements have been finalized.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐠-𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐚𝐠 𝑫𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒕-𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒏 (𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐) brings warmth and celebration to the PSU Urdaneta campus community as the spirit of unity continues to glow through the golden hour. The day featured the much-anticipated Lakbay Karera: Amazing Race, where teamwork and strategy were put to the test. Creativity and skill took center stage during the Pista ng Timpla: Cookfest, while sharp minds clashed in the Scrabble Tournament. The energy continued to rise with thrilling matches in the e-LABAN e-sports event, featuring Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, and Tekken 8.

As the day transitioned into the evening, LIMNARA: Para sa Hiling at Pangarap brought a heartfelt moment of fellowship and reflection through the lighting of the banner event, symbolizing hope, unity, and shared aspirations.

True to its name, 𝑫𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒕-𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒏 reflected the warmth of connection and the glowing spirit of the PSU community as Campus Fest 2026 continued to shine brighter with every celebration.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐠-𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐚𝐠 𝑩𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒊𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒘𝒂𝒚 (𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏) lit up the PSU Urdaneta campus with fun, energy, and unity as different programs showed off their banners during the Liyab-Tikas. The excitement continued with the Anyag segment, where students rocked their creative costumes representing their programs.

The celebration officially kicked off through the loud and energetic “Hiyaw sa Araw” bench cheering that brought everyone together. One of the highlights of Day 1 was the Kislap Huni, where programs went head-to-head showcasing their talents. The day also featured brain power in Alamin It quiz bee and intense strategy in the E-sports battles.

True to its name, 𝑩𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒊𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒘𝒂𝒚 embodied the first spark of brilliance and unity, igniting the beginning of a celebration filled with passion, talent, and school spirit throughout Campus Fest 2026.

There are days when everything feels heavier than usual—when the world around you seems dim, quiet, and uncertain. It’s in these moments that you may begin to question your strength, your direction, and even your purpose. But sometimes, the darkness you feel is not meant to consume you—𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

Like a small light held carefully in your hands, your strength may not always be loud or overwhelming. It flickers, it softens, it rests but it never truly fades. In the calm, in the struggle, and even in the silence, that light remains.
