On May 30, 2025, student interns from all campuses of Pangasinan State University gathered at Kalachuchi Hall, PSU Golden Lion Hotel, Lingayen, for a day of reflection, recognition, and celebration.
The program featured inspiring messages from Dr. Cristeta C. Dulos, Director of Global Citizenship Education, and Mr. Bryan S. De Guzman of the PRC Calasiao Service Center, who served as keynote speakers. Coordinators and directors also shared insights on purpose, policy, and vision as future educators take their next steps.
Certificates were awarded to the keynote speakers, followed by the acknowledgment of student winners in the Best Student Teacher Awards and Classroom-Based Action Research (CBAR) by the Internship Director and Campus Coordinators.

This May 20, 2025, the Pangasinan State University โ Asingan Campus proudly held its Teaching Internship Exit Conference at the CB Mall Event Center, 3rd Floor, Urdaneta City. With the theme: "Global Citizenship: Transforming Teachers, Transforming Communities," this culminating event held possible by the Teaching Internship Organization and Dr. Gina B. Selga, the Teaching Internship Coordinator and TIO Adviser, marked a significant milestone in the journey of the student interns from the programs BEEd, BSEd, and BTLEd.
On the morning, the Teaching Internship Organization also held the Post-Conference Presentationโhighlighting the remarkable Classroom-Based Action Researches (CBAR) of the practice teachers from CNNHS, TNHS, SVWIS, AVRNHS, LMNHS, ANCS, NRRNES, ABES and ABNHS paneled by Dr. Mary Jane U. Quibilan, the GenEd Chair; Mr. Laurence B. Agsalud, the BSEd Chair; and Ms. Michelle A. Borja.
Before the Exit Conference program, financial assistance was provided to interns who had experienced a family loss or had been involved in an accident
On the afternoon, the Exit Conference program opened with a series of solemn and patriotic audiovisual presentations, followed by the sharing of PSUโs Vision, Mission, and Quality Policies by Ms. Justine Joy D. Sabalboro, the TIO Vice President. After, an empowering opening remark was delivered by Dr. Mary Jane Quibilan and Mrs. Marry Ann S. Naluaran, the BTLEd Chair, setting the tone for a meaningful afternoon of recognition and reflection.
Following the opening remark, a heartfelt inspirational message was then given by Dr. Honelly Mae S. Cascolan, the Dean of the College of Education, on behalf of Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, the Campus Executive Directorโigniting hope and determination among the future educators.
Gracing the event as the esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Virgilio B. Selga, the Senior Education Program Specialist from DepEd Pangasinan II Division, shared valuable insights and encouragement as the interns take their near steps into the real world of teaching.
After, the Accomplishments, Best Practices and Challenges per designated school was presented by Mr. Jason Maduro of LMNHS; Ms. Norlyn Manzano of AVRNHS; Ms. Marites Balangue of SVWIS; Ms. Clarissa Mae Cardona of TNHS; Mr. Boy Victor Cuaresma of ABNHS; Mr. Jimboy Baquirin of CNNHS; Ms. Justine Sabalboro of NRRES; Ms. Ana Canoza of ABES; and Ms. Juliana Mia Briones of ANCS.
The program ended with a short closing remarks by Mr. Laurence Agsalud and a take-away by Ms. Dian Castillo, the TIO President.
This exit conference not only celebrated the culmination of the student internsโ dedication and sacrifices but also stood as a testament to the transformative power of education and global citizenship.

On March 11, 2025, the Pangasinan State University - Asingan Campus hosted the Teaching Internship Mid-Conference at the CB Mall Event Center, Urdaneta City. Empowered by the Teaching Internship Organization, the programme was successfully held with the theme of "To Reconvene: Addressing Challenges Towards Ethical and Professional Teaching Internship." Highlighting the success and recognizing the hardships of the student interns, the programme catered the 93 hardworking student interns from BEEd, BSEd, and BTLEd.
Giving a welcoming and thankful atmosphere, the programme begin with a warm prayer from Pastor Denise T. Cabic followed by the National Anthem led by Ms. Stephanie Bucaso and the PSU Quality Policy led by the TIO President, Ms. Dian Castillo. After that, the Presentation of Participants and Statement of Purpose was delivered by the TIO Adviser and Teaching Internship Coordinator, Dr. Gina B. Selga. Following that, an opening remark that touched the hearts of the student interns was delivered by the Dean of College of Education, Dr. Honelly Mae S. Cascolan. A wonderful and inspiring message by the Internship Director, Dr. Erna Salazar was also given. Afterwards, a special performance was sung by Ms. Princess Jane Navarro. Prof. Angie B. Amla, the Adviser of Student Publication and the Coordinator of Center of Foreign Languages, gave a quick speech and introduced the guest speaker, Dr. Sharron Farrales Sanchez, who delivered an experience based speech and gave various tips on handling the students. An Awarding of Certificate to the Chairs, Coordinators and speakers was held after the speech to recognize their presence.
Consequently, the Accomplishments, Best Practices and Challenges per designated school was presented by the Team Leaders: Ms. Shiena Mondala of LMNHS; Ms. Stephanie Ketch Bucaso of AVRNHS; Ms. Julianne Mae Galzote of SVWIS; Ms. Clarissa Mae Cardona of TNHS; Mr. Boy Victor Cuaresma of ABNHS; Mr. Jimboy Baquirin of CNNHS; Ms. Justine Sabalboro of NRRES; Ms. Ana Canoza of ABES; and Ms. Juliana Mia Briones of ANCS. After, Encouragement Words was delivered by Mr. Laurence B. Agsalud ,the BEEd and BSEd Chair, and Mrs. Marry Ann S. Naluaran, the BTLEd Chair. The programme was ended with an energetic Closing Remarks by the GenEd Chair, Dr. Mary Jane U. Quibilan. Taking the last few steps towards becoming professional teachers and educators, the programme celebrated the perseverance, passion, and the selfless dedication of the student interns as they partake to the glimpse of the real world.

On January 15, 2025, the Pangasinan State University proudly hosted the Campus Level Internship Orientation, Send-Off, Pinning, and Candle-Lighting Ceremony at the CB Mall Event Center, Urdaneta City. With the help of our organization, the SSC, the Technotrends Publication, the Campus Officials, and our TIO Adviser Dr. Gina B. Selga, the milestone event brought together a total of 590 attendees to celebrate and honor the 4th-year college interns from various programs: BSBA, BEEd, BSE, BTLEd, BSIT, and BIT.
The event began with a heartfelt prayer by Pastor Denise T. Cabic and an Audio-Visual Presentation of the National Anthem, PSU Hymn, and Pangasinan Hymn. Inspirational opening remarks was delivered by Christopher D. Espero, the Coordinator of Culture and Arts Affairs. The participants were introduced by Dr. Narciso A. Martin, the Internship Coordinator, and inspirational message was delivered by Dr. Madlyn D. Tingco, the Campus Executive Director. Afterwards, Induction of our TIO Officers was led by Dr. Madlyn Tingco and our TIO President, Dian C. Castillo delivered a wonderful speech to the assembly. Following that, thoughtful discussions by Mr. Laurence D. Agsalud, Dr. Mary Jane U. Quibilan, and Ms. Michelle A. Borja on being internship ready, professionalism, and productivity are presented to the the interns. Soon after, the symbolic Pinning of Nameplates and Candle-Lighting Ceremony, joined in by interns, parents, faculty, and leaders, stamped the unity and hope shared by all. The event concluded with meaningful remarks by Dr. Elsa D. Terre, perseverance, and dedication. The ceremony was a powerful celebration of pride, professionalism, and aspirations marking the start of these interns' promising futures.
With that said, kudos to our newly pinned teaching interns! May you shine bright to illuminate the futures of your students.

The Teaching Internship Organization (TIO) proudly hosted a successful outreach program today, October 18, 2024, at ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ. With the theme "๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
๐ป๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐," the program aimed to inspire, engage, and empower young minds to learn, act, and lead.
This impactful event was made possible through the dedicated leadership of ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐, our TIO Adviser and Teaching Internship Coordinator, along with ๐๐ซ. ๐๐จ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐. ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ ๐๐ซ., the Carosucan Norte National High School (CNNHS) School Principal.
The day began with a prayer led by Pastor Denise Cabic, followed by welcome remarks stated by Mrs. Susan A. Ceraos, Head Teacher III, on behalf of Mr. Resuello Jr., followed by Dr. Selga, who delivered an inspiring statement of purpose, setting the tone for a day of learning and growth. To lighten up the morning, Ms. Christine Joy G. Coral and Ms. Mari France A. Baynosa shared their captivating song performance.
Thanks to Pastor Cabic, everyone in the event was reminded to put God on whatever deed we are going to do. Later, Prof. Adoracion T. Gante, the Extension Coordinator, shared an inspirational message.
We would also like to thank Dr. Philip G. Nonales, the Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, and Mr. Christopher D. Espero, the Coordinator for Culture and Arts Affairs. Their words and presence made everyone realize that it is not enough for teachers to lead the students; teachers must lead them with confidence, compassion, and love.
The second part of the program featured a series of activities, such as the dynamic Unity Dance and the engaging games led by Mr. Jim boy A. Baquirin and Ms. Jamie D. Pre, keeping both students and teachers entertained throughout the event. Additionally, CNNHS students received foods and gift boxes, which helped them create lasting memories and foster a sense of community.
Before the day ended, Ms. Dian C. Castillo, the TIO President, concluded the program and reminded everyone to share not only material things but also knowledge, kindness, and empathy with everyone and thanked the masters of ceremonies, Mr. Joebert L. Ines and Ms. Stephanie Ketch P. Bucaso.
At the end, the TIO officers surprised Dr. Selga and presented her with a gift to celebrate her birthday yesterday.
