โซUnplug to Focus: All electronic gadgets, including mobile phones, smartwatches, and tablets, are strictly not allowed inside the testing rooms.
โซNo Cameras Allowed: Recording video, taking photos, or capturing audio during the exam is strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the test.
โซDress to Impress: Please wear proper and decent attire, such as plain white t-shirt paired with pants or slacks. Open footwear such as slippers are not allowed on the campus.
โซBeat the Clock: Arrive early! You must be at the testing venue at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled exam time.
โซKeep it Moving: To avoid overcrowding, please exit the campus premises immediately once your examination is complete.

Pangasinan State University hereby announces the implementation of Memorandum Order No. 58, Series of 2026, issued by the Office of the University President.
In compliance with national directives to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols, the University is implementing institutional measures to reduce electricity and fuel consumption while maintaining efficient service delivery.
EFFECTIVITY DATE: March 9, 2026
IMPLEMENTATION DETAILS:
To support these measures, the University will adopt a Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) for all campuses and personnel:
Monday to Thursday: On-site work and face-to-face classes.
Friday: Work-From-Home (WFH) and asynchronous learning activities.
This schedule applies to all teaching and non-teaching personnel, as well as undergraduate and graduate programs, ensuring that institutional productivity and accountability are maintained.
