Afternoon Plenary for Day 1 Sets Way Forward*
May 11, 2026 | 1:30 PM โ 7:00 PM | AATF Global Prayer Mountain, Tuba, Benguet
The plenary resumed at 1:30 PM with all Cluster 3 teachers and school leaders in attendance. Ms. Meika Ellan G. Casuyon clearly discussed and facilitated Psychological First Aid for Teachers, anchoring the session on the truth that a God-taught generation is bold in compassion, steadfast in purpose, and unwavering on the road to gold. For inclusive and special education, speaker Ms. Misha Dellaro stressed, โWe in MCA have the most patient teachers. We pray for them, but they truly need a specific program for learners โ which the school is now pursuing.โ As the consultant contributing the initiative, she is now working with MCA on a specialized program because inclusive education should not be reduced to a mere tagline. It is a noble cause intended to support learners with diverse needs through Christ-centered care.
Dr. Carla Baluyot then led Gender and Development, affirming MCAโs responsiveness to gender sensitivity within the Christian system. This aligns with Apostle Jonathan S. Ferriolโs Safe Church policy, ensuring protection and dignity for all. Dr. Leonardo M. Aquino, Regional Supervisor, DepEd Cordillera, graced the afternoon occasion. He commended the speakers for their standard approach based on DepEd guidelines and gave MCA his highest commendation for upholding the standard of excellence. He inspired the educators to welcome the transformative journey to a trimester scheme for SY 2026โ2027. The day closed in gratitude and unity with a prayer led by Ptr. Mar Relucio. From PFA to policy, the plenary equipped educators to be competent, compassionate, and anchored โ ready to raise a God-taught generation.
