His warrior spirit shines bright as he stepped to the mat with pure courage and confidence radiates a very strong spirit of being a warrior within him.
Mr. Tomacruz brought pride and enthusiasm to his fellow ABELians and PSUnians as he represented the university in the SCUAA 1 Regional Games 2026 for Arnis. His performance showcased his dedication and skill in the field of sports.
Keep it up! Until the succeeding kick!
Again Congratulations!

In a warm amber glow reminiscent of a tequila sunset, weโre invited to reflect rather than reactโto consider how weโve been, what has shaped us, and which choices we now see differently with time.
Let this be a space for honest insight, where vulnerability meets understanding and even our uncertain moments count as growth.
Now go aheadโshare your most โI canโt believe I did thatโ story. No filters, just bold truths and beautifully questionable decisions. If we can admit, we almost dialed someone we shouldnโt have, you can share your most chaotic core memory too. ๐น๐

The English Language Research Colloquium of the AB English Language Department, held as part of ABELโS WEEK 2026, became a meaningful space where ideas moved, perspectives expanded, and research found its voice.
With the theme โWords in Motion: Exploring Language in a Changing World through International Lense,โ the event highlighted how language continues to evolve across cultures and contexts.
The morning session was enriched by our international lecturer from Indonesia, Dr. Fika Megawati, who shared valuable insights on key aspects of researchโreminding us that strong foundations shape impactful studies.
In the afternoon, four compelling research topics were presented before our esteemed panel of judges: Atty. John Mark Haban, Dr. Erwin Estrella, and Mr. Daniel Bezalel Garcia. Their expertise and thoughtful evaluations elevated the discourse and inspired excellence among the presenters.
Attended by the faculty of AB English and passionate students, the colloquium was more than an academic requirementโit was a celebration of inquiry, collaboration, and intellectual growth.
Indeed, in ABEL, words are not just written, they are researched, examined, and set into motion.
