𝗨𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 is the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀’ 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 for the 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗪𝗨𝗥𝗜), securing the following:

𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝟭 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭, 𝗮𝗻𝗱

𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝟭 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻.

From its debut in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 at 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝟮𝟴𝟭 worldwide, UCU surged to 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝟰𝟰 in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 and now rises to 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝟮𝟴 globally in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞-𝗧𝗢-𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞—emerging as one of the first Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs) in the country to achieve this global milestone and solidifying its place as the Philippines’ Most Innovative University.

Urdaneta City University, in coordination with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Pangasinan Chapter, will host a program 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗦) 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗚𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗧𝗜 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚: 𝗨𝗖𝗨 𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧-𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, and reaffirming its commitment to inclusive, community-centered service.

Set on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗨𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅, this endeavor will provide a seminar on legal rights from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, followed by service offerings on 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘭 𝘈𝘪𝘥, 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘭 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘍𝘙𝘌𝘌 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘭 𝘋𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The initiative aims to strengthen public understanding of ULAS, promote gender-responsive governance, and expand access to justice at the community level—making legal support more accessible to all.
