Justin Christian Pai, newly elected P.I.O of the United Network of Visionary Adolescents Preventing E-Cigarettes (UNVAPE) in the entire Urdaneta City, officially took his oath before Urdaneta City Mayor Julio "Rammy" F. Parayno III.

Following the ceremony, Pai, together with his SSLG Adviser Ma'am Yhlynn Tejada Navarrete, also turned over the confiscated e-cigarettes collected at Catablan Integrated School, reaffirming their commitment to promoting a safer and smoke-free environment.
