Two Taekwondo athletes of PHINMA UPang College Urdaneta (PUCU) secured slots for Region 1 Athletic Association (R1AA) Meet 2026 after bagging two golds in the City Schools Division Athletic Meet (CSDAM) 2026, at the SM City Urdaneta Central Events Center on August 2, 2026

Gian Ken Molina emerged victorious in the Secondary Boys Sparring claiming gold alongside Haya Alia Dela Cruz who also topped in the Secondary Girls Sparring.

Finishing atop standings, Molina and Dela Cruz kicks their way to the R1AA 2026 representing the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Urdaneta City.

Meanwhile, Roselette M. Bolatin rounded up the universityโ€™s medal haul clinching bronze medal finish in the Secondary Girls Poomsae category.
