Madalas ituring ang pagtuturo bilang isang dakilang trabaho. Sa bigat ng kanilang responsibilidad, hindi maikakailang mayroon ring challenges na dinadala ang ating mga g**o dahil sa trabaho.

Marami sa ating mga g**o ay nakaranas ng burnout noong pandemic. Pero bago pa man ito ay maituturing na ring stressful at challenging ang kanilang trabaho. Maliban sa pagtuturo, tumatayo rin sila bilang mga magulang sa estudyante. Madalas ay naisasantabi nila ang kanilaing sarili para sa iba.

Ang bill na ito ay inaalay natin sa ating mga dakilang g**o mula sa public schools. Insha Allah, kapag naipasa ito, ay mas masusuportahan natin sila sa pagkakaroon ng mental health breaks at mental health wellness programs.
