Dear Completers and Graduates,
Today marks a significant achievement in your lives. You have not only completed your studies in Madrasah but have also embraced the values and principles that make Madrasah so unique. You have learned the teachings of our faith, deepened your understanding of Islam, and developed a strong foundation of knowledge that will serve you well throughout your lives.
This journey has been a story of moments where you chose discipline over distractions, responsibility over excuses, and growth over comfort. These choices are not a measure of your worth, but a reflection of your journey: the struggles, the sacrifices, and the small wins along the way.
And no matter what the numbers say, what truly matters is the kind of person you are becoming.
This accomplishment is even more meaningful as we embark on a new era of education in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The new education system, with its focus on quality, inclusivity, and relevance, promises a brighter future for our learners. The Directorate General for Madrasah Education (DGME) plays a crucial role in this system, ensuring that Madrasah education is integrated and strengthened within the broader educational landscape.
Our mandate at DGME is clear: to provide a holistic, values-based education that equips Madrasah graduates with the knowledge, skills, and character to thrive in a diverse and rapidly evolving world. We strive to nurture critical thinking, innovation, and a deep understanding of our faith and culture.
As you enter the next chapter of your lives, remember the lessons you've learned in Madrasah. Embrace the challenges ahead, knowing that the knowledge and wisdom you have gained will equip you to succeed.
Be beacons of hope, compassion, and integrity, contributing to a better future for our communities. Remember, the pursuit of knowledge is a lifelong journey. Stay curious, stay engaged, and never stop learning. May Allah guide you on your path and grant you success in all your endeavors.
