Halimbawa: sakuna, may sakit, o agarang pangangailangan sa komunikasyon
👉 Parusa kapag lumabag:
Ang sinumang lalabag (estudyante man o g**o/kawani) ay maaaring mapatawan ng kaukulang parusa
Ang parusa ay nakabatay sa itinakdang disciplinary rules ng DepEd (nakasaad sa Annex G)
