𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 592, s. 2025, governing the State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) for the commencement of the 2025-2026 academic year, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Caigdal National High School hereby presents its comprehensive plans for the ensuing school year today, July 28, 2025, after their flag raising ceremony.

With SSLG Adviser Mrs. Grace Z. Villanueva providing guidance, SSLG President Jessaica Aira Jane B. Mortega presented the organization's comprehensive plans for the 2025-2026 school year. These initiatives align with the Department of Education's four core values: MakaDiyos, Makakalikasan, Makatao, and Makabansa.

Under MakaDiyos, the Project YCF: Living God's Word in Action (LGWA), a collaboration with Youth for Christ, will foster students' spiritual growth through Bible study and the practical application of Christian values in daily life. The program aims to strengthen students' faith, encourage service to others, and promote positive community engagement. Makakalikasan is addressed through Project CLEAN: Categorize, Learn, Educate, and Act for Nature. This initiative focuses on environmental preservation and waste management, promoting education and discipline to create a positive impact on the school community. The Makatao core value is reflected in Project TULONG: Tumutok sa Ugnayan, Lahat Oportunidad, at Nagkakaisa. This project provides essential support—school supplies, food, hygiene kits, and uniforms—to low-income students. It emphasizes collaboration between students and teachers to cultivate compassion and mutual assistance, fostering unity and strong relationships within the school. Finally, under Makabansa, Project: Together for Tradition and History will promote the spirit of bayanihan (community spirit) and appreciation for Filipino culture through collaborative events that celebrate traditions and history.

Following the presentation of their plans, the SSLG presented an accomplishment report summarizing their activities from June 10-12, 2025. These included participation in Brigada Eskwela at Caigdal National High School on June 10th, Unisan Integrated High School (UIHS) on June 11th, and Leonarda D. Vera Cruz National High School (LDVCNHS) on June 12th. While supporting these neighboring schools, the SSLG ensured continued presence and support at Caigdal National High School through designated officers.

Principal III Dr. Peter Andrew Regencia then addressed the gathering, expressing his gratitude and support for the SSLG and the entire Caigdal National High School community. SSLG Adviser Mrs. Grace Z. Villanueva offered closing remarks, thanking both the SSLG and the student body.

The school community looks forward to the SSLG's success in achieving its goals and anticipates their continued inspiration and dedication to improving the lives of Caigdalians and Caigdal National High School.

Maligayang Pagdating sa State of the Learners Government Address (SOLGA) sa Caigdal National High School! 💚

Sa darating na ika-28 ng Hulyo taong 2025, sama-sama nating tunghayan ang matagumpay na nagawa, kinahaharap na mga hamon, at mga plano para sa kinabukasan ng ating paaralan.

Ito ay pangungunahan ng Pangulo ng Supreme Student Learner's Government na si Bb. Jessaica Aira Jane B. Mortega sa ilalim ng pangangalaga ni Gng. Grace Z. Villanueva (G**o ng SSLG), kasama ang iba pang mga opisyales ng SSLG.

Ang SOLGA ay isang pagkakataon para sa atin na ipakita ang ating mga napagtagumpayan, pag-usapan ang mga isyu, at mga plano para sa isang mas maliwanag na kinabukasan.

Ang SOLGA ay hindi lamang isang pagtitipon, ito ay isang pagkakataon para sa atin na magkaisa at magtulungan para sa ikabubuti ng ating paaralan.

Kaya't inaanyayahan namin ang lahat ng mga mag-aaral, at mga g**o na makiisa sa SOLGA sa Caigdal National High School!

LEADERSHIP MATTERS: ELECT YOUR REPRESENTATIVES!

Noong Hulyo 3, 2025, matagumpay na naisagawa ang halalan ng mga kinatawan ng baitang 7 at 11, kasama ang mga opisyales ng Supreme Student Learner's Government (SSLG). Ang pangangampanya ay nagsimula sa ika-8 ng umaga, kung saan aktibong nakilahok ang mga mag-aaral mula sa parehong baitang.

Pagsapit ng ika-1 ng hapon, isinagawa ang botohan, kung saan ang mga mag-aaral ay nagpahayag ng kanilang mga boto para sa mga kinatawan. Matapos ang mahabang proseso ng pagbibilang, nagtapos ito sa ika-2:30 ng hapon.

Sa wakas, matagumpay na naihalal bilang kinatawan ng baitang 7 si Ryn Elijah Bongalos, at bilang kinatawan ng baitang 11 si Mhelbert D. Uriarte.

Binabati namin ang mga bagong halal na kinatawan at umaasa kami sa kanilang liderato at serbisyo para sa mga mag-aaral!👏💚

Say No to Vices: SSLG Leads the Charge Against Ci******es and Alcohol!

"Hindi sa bisyo, oo sa buhay! 🛑💪 Noong ika-25 ng Hulyo, taong 2025. Ganap na ika-4 ng hapon, ang Supreme Student Learner's Government (SSLG) ay nanguna sa isang kampanya laban sa sigarilyo at alak sa mga tindahan malapit sa ating paaralan. 🚭🚫

Sa pamamagitan ng pagbisita sa iba't ibang tindahan, ipinakita ng SSLG ang kanilang hangarin na protektahan ang mga kabataan at komunidad mula sa mga bisyong ito. 🤝💕

Tayo'y sama-sama sa pagtindig laban sa mga bisyo at pagtataguyod ng malusog na pamumuhay!

INSIDE OUT, EMOTION OUT!💛💙💚❤🧡🖤

Noong ika-20 ng Hunyo, ganap na ika-4 ng hapon, matagumpay na naisagawa ang INSIDE OUT theme sa paaralan. Ang Supreme Student Learner's Government (SSLG) ay nanguna sa pagpapatupad nito, kung saan ang mga mag-aaral ay binigyan ng pagkakataon upang ipahayag ang kanilang emosyon at damdamin sa unang linggo ng pasukan.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng mga sticker, ang mga mag-aaral ay nakapagpahayag ng kanilang mga emosyon tulad ng kasiyahan, lungkot, galit, pag-aalala at iba pa.

Ang aktibidad na ito ay nagbigay ng pagkakataon sa mga mag-aaral na maunawaan ang kanilang mga emosyon at matutunan kung paano ito pangasiwaan sa isang positibong paraan.

Sa pangkalahatan, ang INSIDE OUT theme ay isang matagumpay na aktibidad na nagbigay ng pagkakataon sa mga mag-aaral na ipahayag ang kanilang emosyon at damdamin. Ito ay isang magandang simula para sa bagong taon ng pag-aaral at pag-unlad ng mga mag-aaral.
