Monitoring of ARAL Summer Program and DepEd Project HANDA

On May 18, 2026, San Roque Elementary School welcomed the monitoring of the ARAL Summer Program led by Dr. Ruth B. Son, aimed at strengthening learners' foundational skills, and DepEd Project HANDA, led by Sir Amiel R. Sario, Sir Uldarico B. Estrada Jr. and Ma'am Catalina P. De Tobio, focused on school preparedness and validation of school PPAs.

San Roque Elementary School underwent a School - Based Management (SBM) and School Governance Council (SGC) Monitoring conducted by the Division Monitoring Team to evaluate the implementation of SBM systems and SGC practices. The activity provided an opportunity to assess current initiatives and strengthen the school's commitment to effective leadership and participatory governance.

The monitoring was led by Dr. Michelle G. Duma, with Project Development Officers Hazel S. Camo and Mark Angelo M. Tiusan facilitating the SGC Assessment.

The activity was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Ruth B. Son, Public Schools District Supervisor, and Janet F. Derelo, Head Teacher I. Also present were Rica T. Gonzaga, SBM Focal Person, and Myla D. Vital, SGC Co-Chairperson, whose active involvement reflected the school's dedication to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement for the benefit of its learners and stakeholders.

San Roque Elementary School successfully conducted the Division-Wide Simultaneous Toothbrushing Drill on February 2, 2026 in celebration of the 22nd National Oral Health Month, with the active participation of Kindergarten to Grade 6 learners.
