Happy Teachers’ Day, Teachers!
The month-long celebration of Teachers’ Month highlights the love, dedication, and commitment of every teacher in guiding, teaching, and inspiring learners.
As part of the celebration, the Little Teachers Activity was held from September 29 to October 1, 2026, giving students the opportunity to experience what it is like to be a teacher. Through this meaningful activity, the Little Teachers gained a deeper appreciation for the hard work and responsibilities of their mentor teachers.
The SSLG also took part in making teachers feel valued and appreciated by giving them tokens of appreciation together with certificates of recognition.
On October 2, 2026, the much-anticipated Teachers’ Day celebration was successfully conducted, led by the masters of ceremonies, Aubrey Ressurecion and Reamar Carabot.
The program began with a prayer led by the SSLG President, Danica Ara Mapile, followed by the singing of the National Anthem and the opening remarks delivered by the SSLG Adviser, Mam Venis O. Meriel.
The program continued with the entrance of teachers together with their Little Teachers, the awarding of certificates, intermission performances from Harmonikasa and the major organizations, and seven exciting games. The celebration concluded with the closing remarks delivered by Mam Maureen V. Engco.
More than just a celebration, the event became a meaningful memory shared by teachers and students. It reminded everyone of the special bond between a teacher who guides and a student who learns, appreciates, and grows.
Together, let us continue moving forward, chasing our dreams and taking the right path—guided by the lessons, values, and inspiration given by our teachers.
Let us continue honoring and celebrating the teachers who inspire us every day.
Happy Teachers’ Day to all our amazing teachers! ❤️🍎
