𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 Orientation for AY. 2026-2027

A new chapter officially begins! The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Unisan Campus warmly welcomed its incoming first-year students and their parents/guardians during the First-Year Students and Parents Orientation for Academic Year 2026–2027, held on July 7, 2026 at the PUP Unisan Gymnasium.

The program, hosted by the Campus Registrar, Ms. Genny Arroyo, provided students and their families with important information to help them confidently begin their journey as proud PUPians.

Dr. Edwin G. Malabuyoc, Campus Director, officially opened the orientation with an inspiring message, encouraging students to embrace every opportunity, overcome challenges with resilience, and uphold the values of the University throughout their academic journey.

The Head of Academic Programs, Dr. Jonathan Marquez presented the campus’ admission criteria and academic programs, and introduced the chairpersons of each program who provided an overview of their respective degree offerings.

Asst. Prof. Michelle Tarasina presented the Bachelor of Elementary Education, Mr. Ryan Villalon discussed the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Ms. Marijoy Antone introduced the Bachelor of Public Administration and the Diploma in Office Management Technology, Ms. Jenny Llano presented the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, and Mr. Angelo Pera explained the Diploma in Information Technology.

To conclude the orientation, Asst. Prof. Annabel Janoras discussed the students' services matters including policies, student responsibilities, uniform guidelines, and the role of the Supreme Student Council in fostering a vibrant and disciplined campus community.

More than an orientation, the event served as a meaningful welcome into the PUP community—where dreams are nurtured, character is strengthened, and future professionals begin their journey toward success.

Welcome to the PUP Unisan family, first-year students! May your years in the University be filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable experiences.
