CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) is now accepting applications! The program offers scholarships to Higher Education Institution (HEI) teaching and non-teaching personnel who are seeking advanced studies in identified universities and colleges in the Philippines.

Successful applicants will receive financial privileges including tuition and fees, stipend and research allowance until degree completion.

Interested applicants must be nominated by their Sending Higher Education Institutions (SHEIs) and must submit all documentary requirements before the prescribed deadline.

From Classroom to Learning Haven: The Journey of Our School Library

What began as a simple idea in 2023—repurposing a humble classroom into a space for stories, study, and imagination—has blossomed into a fully functional school library that now empowers learners every day.

2023 – The Beginning:
Educators and learners came together with a vision: turn a classroom into a reading oasis. Old shelves were repaired, donated books found new homes, and community support laid the foundation for our learning space.

September 2024 – Official Launch:
After months of organizing materials, designing a layout that fosters curiosity, the school library officially opened its doors. A reading corner, cataloging system, and digital access tools marked the transition to a modernized, inclusive space.

2025 – Ongoing Enhancements: Empowering Access, Enriching Learning!
Our school library is entering a new chapter of transformation. With enhanced internet connectivity, learners now explore a wider digital universe. We’re also in active negotiation to upgrade our Offline Catalog to an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC)—streamlining how students and teachers discover resources anytime, anywhere.

From personalized assistance to expanded collections and digital tools, every improvement is a step toward a smarter, more inclusive library experience. Together, we’re building a space where information flows freely and learning never stops.

This journey is more than bricks and shelves—it’s about building a culture of inquiry, inclusion, and lifelong learning.
